Hotel Weisseespitze

This is an outstanding hotel on several levels. The first thing that impressed me was its attention to accessibility. I’m not disabled, but I noticed the sliding doors, the wide showers and toilets and the ease with which a wheelchair user could get about. This is the only place I have ever seen with an emergency exit ramp that appears to serve all floors (it also has lifts and stairs).

This is biking country and the hotel is about 5 miles along some nice curvy tarmac to get you warmed up in a morning before you hit the passes. Bikes are housed in a purpose built garage, and there is equipment for washing them and doing a little light servicing, should the need arise. At time of writing, the hotel is also a bmw trial centre, so if you fancied it, you could hire (at very reasonable rates) a late model bmw bike for a tryout.

The hotel itself manages to hit what is for me an ideal point between relaxed but with high quality. The clientele includes a lot of bikers, and for them it’s either biking gear or shorts and flip flops, but there were no issues with a dress code. The staff are all excellent, efficient, friendly and helpful to all. I enjoyed the food as well. All in all this hotel is one of the cleanest, friendliest and most carefully constructed places that I have ever had the good fortune to stay at. Please don’t book it. I always want there to be a room for me when I pass this way again.

A great hotel - 4 Stars, but often feels like 5!

Surrounded by lovely nature, this hotel is a true gem. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The spa area is amazing, everything is very clean. Food was good and the wine selection is amazing - talk to the sommelier!

This was my 3rd visit and will not be my last! You always receive a friendly and warm welcome from everyone in the hotel, nothing is too much trouble. Special recognition to Daniela, Eva and Anne in the restaurant who looked after our party during our stay, and always had time to talk whilst serving with great efficiency. Already looking forward to visit no4.

I have never been to hotel of this price-category. This was our first time when we didn't look for cheap hotel but for hotel that gives us comfort.
In the Weisseespitze, everybody was friendly and helping us with all our queries. We went as a group of friends - 9 adults plus one 3/4-year-old toddler. Most of us have certain diet restrictions (gluten or lactose restrictions mostly). Nobody gave us even slight chance to complain - everybody (including cooks, receptionists and cleaning ladies) were so nice to our daughter and the food was always adjusted so it fit all restrictions we had.
Rooms were nice, clean and equipped based on our needs - small bed, specialized bin for dippers - every small detail was well thought.
Of course the spa was great as well, I used only the pool and sauna but my wife wend for couple of messages and she came back satisfied both times.
It did worth every penny! I highly recommend.

I love this place ! They are In a extremely beautiful mountain valley and 20 kilometers from the glacier. The drive up it astonishing!
There were lifts that take you up further and there were people skiing and snow boarding . The hotel had a fantastic breakfast buffet and light lunch, then dinner was choice of the daily offering. The place is beautiful, several dining areas, large bar and lounge with pool table. Infinity pool, (heated) indoor heated lounge chair area then downstairs area that is for adults only with saunas and more.
The people that work there were the best !
Wait and Service staff were super, multiple languages. I could not give a better recommendation!

Great place in great motorcycle location. Lovely, clean, friendly staff and secure parking underneath. Have a fully equipped workshop with which they let me use so that we could replace a popped fork seal on my motorcycle

$300 / night, including drinks and pet fee, a complimentary massage, over a 3-day holiday weekend. Location and meals were worth it.

Amazing amenities, and friendly receptionists.
Dinner and breakfast are very good value. Also, this is the first hotel in the Alps with full access for wheelchair guests. The hotel has a very inclusive atmosphere.
Would totally come back again.

Wow, what a great hotel and a lovely place to stay. Stopped in as part of a motorcycle trip and absolutely loved the place. Comfortable surroundings, excellent spa facilities and what a location. The food and service was excellent and the staff in particular could not be more helpful. Did a walk up the valley on a day off the bike and loved the peace and tranquility of the area. Shame we were only there for 3 nights.

Hotel is biker friendly, providing secure underground parking for my bike, but also washing facilities to give it a quick clean to wash off the previous few days weather... We will return.

Only went to have a look with the view to staying at a later date so can't comment on the rooms.
It is a stunning place albeit you are quite isolated once there.
I will be staying in the future!

Cannot fault the amenities, I felt like a king and my motorbike was well looked after too with the underground car park. EVERYTHING here is fantastic. We (APPY WANDERERS TOURING GROUP) were blessed to be looked after by dear Charlie, his wife and team back around 2010

Lovely hotel set in the Kaunetal valley with wonderful views. Excellent service, very relaxing.

Fantastic hotel in every way. We have stayed their on several occasions. You can also hire bicycles and bmw motorcycles. It's a motorrad hotel.

Super good hotel 🏨. Service 10 + we are always in this hotel when filming 🎥 for tv programme in the Netherlands. Every support is there. Just go and you will never forget this place. Thanks 🙏 Charly and family for another great week.

Fabulous location, staff great treat you like family, so friendly. Food excellent, decor well appointed, attention to detail. Spa and fitness area excellent will deffinatly come back.
