Hospital St. Vincent Zams

I had a surgery at St. Vincent after a ski accident and then 5 nights at the hospital. Doctors, nurses and everyone did a fantastic job and I felt super secure all the time.

After a car accident I have been transferred to this hospital and I haven’t doubted for a second if I were in good hands. The doctors and nurses looked after me very well, from the first moments being in the ambulance to the last minute leaving the hospital a few days later. Grateful for the good care I got here.

Most of the staff are very kind and doing their best to help you. Hospital is very clean. Only complaint I have is the parking place being a bit far, you need to walk a couple of hundred meters

Had serious ski accident I just checked out of your hospital, having spent 3 nights and been treated for ski accident by your trauma team.

I was in room 309 and must say the view of the mountains was better than my hotel at Ischgl!

Simply put the treatment by the Head Dr of Trauma and his team was exceptional and the support nursing staff, cleaners and food staff were exceptional, 11 out of 10

At all stages everything was made very clear and concise and I congratulate you on the standards achieved at every level.

The UK NHS could learn a lot from this hospital.

I also must thank the Innsbruck Airport disabled support meet & greet, two qualified young people meet all disabled people and look after you, again the UK can learn from Austria, as disabled service at airports in UK needs to learn from Austria

I was on a trip last month. The main thing I should say that the doctors were really good, friendly and well prepared! Also there were an excellent organization. I had the fracture of my wrist joint with displacement and the doctors made everything perfect from beginning to the end. And now, thanks to them my hand is healing nicely!)

First day on my holiday and I had no choice and needed urgently see a doctor who was professional and did all checks including blood test. If you face the wall with your knowledge about your health, this is the place you should go.😍😍Big thank you to all Staff💞💞

I fell sick on vacation, and visited the hospital. Wonderful staff, practically no wait, and no paperwork (compared to typical US process). Much recommended for anyone in need of medical help while in Tyrol!

I went here for a fraction in my wrist due to snowboarding. Despite peak season, I was treated efficiently and effectively, despite the busy season. The dctors are nice.

We have visited the hospital with my kid who didn't feel well. Top and very professional service in the kid's department of the hospital.

Vaig tenir un accident d'esquí a Zurs el 21.01.24 i em van portar a l'hospital de Zams. La millor experiència hospitalària de la vida: professionalitat i calidesa humana 100%. Ingrés en helicòpter i tots els passos posteriors excel·lents: treure botes i roba ski delicadament, proves, guix, diagnòstic i entrada a l'habitació tot en un màxim de 2 hores.
L'endemà una 1a intervenció externa x fixar-me el cap de la tíbia trencada.
L'atenció d'infermeres, personal auxiliar, camillers, netejadores i del Dr. Anton Kathrein, q a més coneixia de l'existència de Catalunya, van ser fantàstics.
Al moment q els sol·licites atenció són allí x ajudar-te sempre amb un somriure i una calidesa humana excepcionals. El desconeixement de l'alemany i l'escàs d'anglès, em limitava la comprensió. Google translator fa bona feina però la voluntat d'entendre'ns era per sobre de tot.
Espais amplis netíssims, ben pensats, habitacions còmodes, amb vistes i ventilades i el bon menjar et fan pensar en els antics sanatoris.
Personal eficient, molt treballador, silenciós, constant i compromès amb la feina.
Lliçó en reciclatge en distribució de gerres d'aigua i gots de vidre.
El suport de les companyes d'habitació va ser mokt bonic i sempre en guardaré un gran record.
Hi he passat 5 dies i m'havia d'haver operat de la definitiva allà, però la família em reclamava. He arribat a Barcelona fa 4 dies i encara espero operació avui 30.01.24.
Què lluny som del tracte humà i professional en cap hospital de Catalunya i d'Espanya. Ho enteneu @sanitat.cat
L'organització d'aquest hospital em fa pensar com deu ser l'organització del país.

Super kompetente und schnelle, freundliche Behandlung in der Notaufnahme. Speziell hervorheben möchte ich das Pflegepersonal in der Inneren Medizin, alle - wirklich alle - PflegerInnen immer und uneingeschränkt sehr menschlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank!!

Mein Snowboardurlaub nahm leider ein abruptes Ende dank einer nach hinten ausgekugelten Schulter. Sowohl die Bergrettung, der Heli Arzt wie auch die Notaufnahme des Zams haben hier in perfekter Zusammenarbeit einen super guten und schnellen Dienst geleistet. Und dabei waren alle immer super nett und hilfsbereit. Dickes Dankeschön an dieser Stelle!
