Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol - Jochberg

Amazing hotel!! Location was breathtaking and service was perfect! Food was delicious and the breakfast buffet was unbelievable!! We arrived for a lovely gift in our room for our anniversary and were asked a few times what else we would need etc. The spa was so relaxing after skiing with lots of options. Definitely recommend to not miss up this special resort, we cannot wait to come back!

The entire stay was amazing. The staff was attentive and actively pursued solutions for even our most trivial questions. The facilities at the property were magnificent, the breakfast was great. We were just a few steps away from the slopes. Loved it!

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing and offers a wide variety! Everyone made us feel welcome and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. Spa area is impeccable.

We spent nearly a week with our toddler at this hotel in November and we couldn’t have enjoyed our experience more! The hotel, food, spa, pool and amenities were great — and the customer service was superb! They were very accommodating of our 3 year old, especially Doris and Lilly at the kids club! Thank you for a relaxing, beautiful stay!

Just a note for future visitors — there isn’t much open around the hotel off-season so you’ll likely be eating a lot at the hotel and the menu for lunch and dinner is the same (with the exception of a daily special) so you might be eating a lot of the same thing.

We were here Christmas this year, and the service was terrific.

The staff were diligent and made us feel at home. On December 25th, they gave us 4 Christmas presents. We were pleasantly surprised because no hotel had ever given us presents on Christmas day.

Christian, their manager, was hands-on and very pleasant as well.

The ski lift is behind the hotel and so it makes skiing a whole lot easier. They have a ski school and ski shop in the hotel. ood restaurants like Zuma are 10 minutes away by car.

I will certainly recommend this hotel.

As a titanium member I really enjoyed the stay. Everything was perfect.

Staff was super friendly also to my son. On arrival we received double upgrade room, welcome gift and also toy for our little one.

Breakfast was also perfect everyday. I love Kempinski’s breakfast around their hotel:) the only thing I would improve is served coffee. But it’s still good. Egg Benedict and pancakes were really tasty. There is no kid’s breakfast “corner” with food like in others.

Sauna part was a small maze. There supposed to be 5 saunas but I found only 3 😅 and also didn’t find steam sauna. Outside pool is fine, the inside same.

There is also very nice outside and inside playground for kids. Hotel is kids friendly so they will enjoy it too.

Location is perfect. So many adventurers around. For hiking, for kind, it’s just up to you.

Right next to the hotel is slope and lift. This lift can take you to other ski destinations so it’s also good I for winter stay:) kid’s lift is part of the hotel.

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and resorts, but what made this one stand out were its employees! They were super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely warm in a genuinely real way!

A stunning family hotel with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and woods. We visited in the summer season, hence, it was rather quiet and slightly bit understaffed, but yet well maintained and very relaxing.
Great for kids, happy to accommodate our 3 monsters within one suite that fit two cots and a pullout bed easily. The only drawback was that the air-conditioning system wasn't operating properly and with it being 33 degrees outside it was rather hot inside, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was on too.
Otherwise, the outdoor and indoor pools were great and had no time restrictions for kids. A big play park on the hill and a kids club that accepted all children without supervision from age 3,and with parental supervision for toddlers under 3.
Breakfast was a highlight, great Austrian traditional selections of spreads, cuts and breads. Also good ala carte dishes and deserts.
There are a view nice restaurants nearby in the village, and approx 10min drive from Kitzbühel but not sure where the ski lift was for the winter holidays.

Staying at the Kempinski in Kitsbuhel was an absolute treat, the team were all about the client experience being exceptional! Loved the sensational facilities all over the hotel and the beautiful Spa & Pool area. Rooms are ultra luxurious!! Congratulations Kempinski!!

Great luxurious rooms, only heating is too much so we woke up with sweat in night, had to open balcony door for some minutes as couldn’t switch off the heating

We stayed for two nights at Kempinski hotel and it was very nice. Everything is perfect (food (breakfast & dinner in the main restaurant after 18:30, Staff are welcome and super friendly, free parking infront of the hotel, swimming pool, and spa).

Three nights stay. Excellent hotel, breakfast and restaurant were great. Exceptional service from all staff. Beautiful area to hike and bike. Relatively expensive, as expected.

Dreamy place to relax in the middle of mountains. My first time in the hotel, definitely not the last time....

The location of the hotel is beautiful, the beautiful views, the hotel is very clean, the room service is excellent, especially a person named Aaron is a cooperative and he should help and provide the service professionally and always smiling.

Great place, nice and cozy and warm. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all very good, but slightly repetitive. There is an indoor and outdoor pool(inside and outside, both very warm and very big), and a skiing area nearby. Beautiful view from the hotel room. If you need an adapter, just ask the front desk. And the WiFi speeds are shockingly fast, considering you’re in a mountain with hundreds of people using the same network.

Great 2-days stop in Jochberg. Extreme valued Asian restaurant with excellent service and quality. The whole service Team is very kind and value oriented, especially the young team at the reception and room service (Mr. Benni)- everything top class

I was at the hotel at the end of July 2022. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable. Service was the excellent, very friendly, and hospitable staff. The breakfast was amazing. The spa was better than I expected, it is much bigger than you would expect based on the images on the website. I can't wait to go there again. :)
