Super beautiful place with excellent service and staff who care about your enjoyment. The ski staff were helpful and accommodating at Intersport. The food was excellent and there were many vegan and vegetarian options. The spa is amazing with a gorgeous pool that goes from inside to out and a well equipped fitness center. The place is excellent for both families and adults, for a vacation or business trip, and is well designed for one to meet others in the hotel as it has a communal feel. The only negative is that it is out of town and requires a 5-10 minute ride via a free shuttle, but one runs every 5 -10 minutes.

The cocktail was amazing!!! Very creative and the main bartender was super nice and enthusiastic about what he does. The steakhouse was beyond reasonable (price wise) and the food was fantastic there, we will definitely return!

A great place to unwind and relax after a busy skiing trip. Service and massages amazing. The spa facilities are second to none, offering comfy loungers, warm swimming pool , steam rooms and saunas. Everywhere is clean and well maintained & staff in hand to help out.

The room we booked was a suite, and it exceeded all our expectations. Spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, it felt like a luxurious home away from home. The real highlight, though, was the breathtaking view of the mountains right outside our window. Waking up to such a stunning vista every morning was truly a dream come true.

One concern I had before our stay was the potential noise from the bar area since I'm quite sensitive to sound. However, I'm delighted to report that the room's soundproofing was exceptional. Not a single disturbance reached us, and we were able to enjoy peaceful nights throughout our stay.

Our booking included half board, and both breakfast and dinner were delightful culinary experiences. The breakfast buffet was nothing short of impressive - a vast array of options that catered to all tastes and dietary preferences, including options for vegetarians and those with allergies like lactose intolerance. We started our days with a smile, thanks to the fantastic morning spread.

Dinner was served in buffet style, but it was anything but ordinary. The quality of the food was remarkable, surpassing my expectations for a typical buffet. It was a pleasure to see the variety and freshness of the dishes offered. The best part was that you could go back for seconds (or thirds!) without any hassle. The staff also went out of their way to ensure our dining experience was delightful, always ready to assist with anything we needed.

Speaking of the staff, they were incredibly friendly and attentive. Their dedication to making our stay memorable was evident in every interaction we had with them. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful tips on exploring the local area, their hospitality was second to none.

Overlooking the town of Kitzbuehel, this 5 star hotel is full of carachter.

Can highly recommend the evening entertainment with Lucienne Locina who is a versatile and accomplished musician and singer...Most nights from 8pm in the Main Bar Area.

We stayed there in early October.
The hotel is beautiful, location breathtaking.
The view from our suite, the town, amazing.
Everyone was friendly, helpful, and and know how to help.
Our suit was spotles clean. The whole hotel is spotles clean.
Breakfast was great, fresh everything every morning, and lots of choice. Service again amazing, friendly staff. Dinner was excellent, lots of choice. The atmosphere was very nice.
In the spa all stuff was great, friendly, very clean, and so relaxing.
We vent to the Stakehouse, can describe how amazing the food and service was.
All together it is the best hotel, and best holiday we had.
If I can give more star I will give 7 star.
Defenetly going back again.

Me and my better half went there for a lovely spa evening and we were very satisfied. (First you park in a garage), the personal was nice and helpful, everything was very clean and we were very excited about Rituals cosmetics they had everywhere to shower (and at the reception also to buy). Spa has many different Saunas and other private areas. This is the real alpine spa, would recomment it 100% (near the spa is also a bar with live music in the evening - pefrect to finish your date ;)

Very good breakfast a lot of different food, for any taste! Special thanks to Vladimir from Moldova! Dinner is different everyday and very tasty!
The Spa is amazing with very big inside pool and heated outside pool! 7 saunas for any taste!
Vet good time to come to the hotel - just before Christmas, it is not so crowded and if you like to ski, slopes will be half empty!

This place is amazing!! The service is super profesional, a great place to stay during summer or winter, they have an spa and a golf course that you should visit! The golf course is not difficult but it’s quit good to play one day!

Omg…there’s no word can describe the beauty of this fairy tale…!! I enjoyed every single moment!! Charming place,,, helpful staff and tasty food 😋😋,,, they were so kind to me ,, when i had that appointment for skydiving,,, the two ladies in the reception suggested to pack my breakfast for me 🥹🤍🤍just to avoid being hungry 🥹🤍🤍🤍🤍 so nice of them,,, next day the gentleman (their colleague) changed the sandwichs because I don’t eat ham and he and the lady from the restaurant did it sooooooooo fast 🥹🤍🤍🤍🤍,,, the chef also was my hero 🤣on my first day because I have gluten intolerance and he took me in a tour around the buffet to explain every corner,,, when i done with my meal, he brought me a special gluten free cake,,, the bar service was amazing and that gentleman man was so kind,,,omg they are unreal!! I loved them all!

One thing that bothers me,,, I couldn’t find many options of coffee cake especially in the morning 🥲😭so i had to bring my biscuits with me !

But in all cases,, i loved this place and definitely i will back again but with my family to enjoy our vacation ♥♥♥♥♥♥

Fabulous stay at this hotel, we were so glad we picked it especially with the weather being so hot (and us being there to ski) it gave us the best of both worlds with the spa and outdoor sunbathing area and easy access to the slopes!

A short drive (3-5 minutes) from the main ski area / train station and the “shuttle” is practically a private driver, the longest we waited all week for a pick up was 5 minutes. The hotel also kindly dropped us to and from the train station. The lady driving the shuttle van is super friendly and accommodating she was great.

Check in was smooth and the receptionist super accommodating.

Spa was amazing and so much better than the photos with so many relaxing areas to lie, outdoors in the sunshine, by the pool or in one of the 4 relaxation rooms. Various saunas a steam room. Had a fantastic massage.

Food was great. Service in restaurant was great. Only comment is it would be nice to have better coffees available in the morning (I.e not from the machines). It was a bit annoying to be charged €2.50 every night for a carafe of water with dinner, water should probably be complimentary.

Our room was nice, comfortable, spacious with a nice view. Only comment is it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

Terrace is lovely and so many nice places to sit and have a drink inside too.

So glad we picked this hotel!

I love this resort, it is a fairy tale at the beginning of the Christmas season, the decoration is lovely! Great vibes, you feel welcome and at home, the staff is really warm and friendly. What I missed was a shuttle service to the city, this is a must for a hotel in this category. Anyway, it is a great choice for the festive season!

Such an awesome place - for a fair price there's so much to do for a super relaxing and restorative weekend. The team is also very friendly, welcoming and qualified. All in all I had a great time!
