HOTEL ALPEN ARNIKA

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing! Really great value, especially when you take into account the breakfast/dinner and the great location. The sauna facilities were nice to have too. It was pretty cute that there was a children’s playroom with lots of toys. I didn’t have a kid with me, but I can imagine that would be a nice feature for a parent. I’d never seen that before at a hotel. It was nice that they picked us up with the ski-doo from the parking lot. Though we could have walked. It was a winter wonderland, even in March.

The bartender has the most happy energy I've seen in my life. I am jealous of his energy.

Oh and the drinks and service were great also 👌

Nice hotel right in the middle of the slopes. Friendly staff and their cuisine is simply delicious.

Exceptional place! Very quiet, romantic and offers many opportunities to relax. We were in July and the weather was amazing. The host is super kind and speaks English. Offers help to get around the region. They even saved dinner for us bc we were arriving late. Super recommendable 👍

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and we liked the stay very much. It has a great location in the center of Tauplitz skiing area, sitting right at the start of several lifts. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean, we liked how the rooms are arranged and furnished, creates a warming atmosphere of Austrian mountain huts. The restaurant was also clean and food amazing - a very nice combination of Austrian and Czech specialities and drinks. Last but not least, the personal of the hotel and restaurant was very kind and friendly, helpful already at the booking until our departure. We will definitely visit this hotel and restaurant again

I really like the food here. Nothing fancy but you will find anything you would expect in Austrian ski area.

What I would recommend are deserts. Especially apple strudel and cheese cake, if there is any.

Rooms are nice and beds are not soft and not especially hard. I slept really well.

Very nice place. Accessible by scooters, in charge by the hotel. Sauna in the hotel, included in price. Wide variety of breakfasts. Location of the Hotel directly in the skiing center. Has a place to store skiis.

Strávili sme tam krásnych pár dni v medzivianočnom obdobi a sme plní krásnych zážitkov.
Privítal nás milý rodinný personál a jedlo bolo neskutočne dobré. Zistili sme, že tam varí kuchár - účastník TV kulinárskej show “Souboj Polreichových restaurací” Petr Heneš. Takže si viete asi predstaviť, ako to chutilo. Na Slovensku hovoríme: Nebíčko v pusinky.
Dakujeme všetko a určite sa radi znova vrátime!!!!
