Excellent food, worth the walk. Very full though on a sunny bank holiday. The location is unique, some places have a spectacular view, also for the kitchen staff ;).

Great food, awesome location to rest after a great hike! If you plan to go hiking up there and if you're in good condition, I'd recommend to go the Gamsweg, not the main path.

Concerning the restaurant: it's not cheap, but consider the effort they have to undertake to bring up all the stuff and the big, big portions of the meals, it is great.

Great view. The food we had in the restaurant was better than expected for a restaurant at the top of a mountain. The prices were fair too.

Amazing. We went there on 01.01.2020. After a very long walk, we thought it was going to be closed. It was not. We had everything we needed. Food came in 3 mins.

modern alpine hut on top of villach's 'hausberg'. enjoy an amazing view over the city of villach and its neighbouring valleys. and also the food is well worth the hike!

In the summit of Villacher Alpe. It's really awesome place in winter. There is also one restaurant at the top, they serve many local food
