Park Garage Linzer Gasse

Easy to find, placed in city center. A very big underground garage with very big parking capacity. Prices are ok. From here you can explore town on foot. For every recommendation. We are going to use this garage again for out trip in Salzburg.

Very good parking garage near old city, not so expensive (17.90€ all day). Has pretty clean toilet which you can open using park ticket. Easy to reach from highway.
Pay attention on small lights above parking place which helps you to easy detect empty parking place (green light), otherwise it is red.
Garage could have better air condition, but as you are inside for a short time, should not be big problem.

This parking garage is perfect if you're driving here for a day visit. The main attractions in the historic city center are about 10-15 mins walk crossing the bridge and offering a wonderful view of the city. Make sure to take your parking ticket with you so you can pay at the vending station on the way back. They accept both credit cards and Euro.

Easy access, walking distance from center. Price decent

Close to city center (10 mins to alstadt) and reasonably priced. We paid 19 Euros for 8 hours. Easy to get to and spacious car park. Accepts cards.

The parking is in the mountain, about 10-15 minutes from city old center.

Great parking very close to the city center! Recommended, 2,5 EUR per hour, not the cheapest but the position in the city is great, walkable distance to the center ;)

I am glad I saw this on Google maps. It brought back memories from 1987 when I along with two friends visited Salzberg on a European tour in my car. We parked and walked round the old town all day. Then went looking for the car. It's in a large Multi-storey carpark we remembered, but could see none around. We walked up and down the nearby streets looking for a big building! Then eventually followed the P signs and roared with laughter when we found it! "IT'S IN A HILL!" We shouted "It's in a bloody hill!!"

We got the same car back that we parked. I would have preferred it if I had received slightly better car, if I am honest

Excellent parking reasonably priced (1 h for less than 4 euros). Easy access from highway just follow the signs. City center only few minutes by foot. There is a free and clean WC located at the entrance. Hight is good for vans but too narrow needed two spaces.

Great place to park if you want to be in the 'new' side of the city

Great location for city tour, we went from there down the street over the river, up the castle and back. We didn't lost so thats a good sign :) By the way the parking lot is carved deep into the rock which I found quite interesting.

Great place to park. 5 mins to walk to the city centre and all touristic spots. It is also quite cheap. We paid 7€ for 2h5

Surveillance parking, the garage and doors lock after hours and you need a ticket. Clean bathrooms, not horribly expensive.

Cheap price for parking in salzburg city center. ~ 2Euros per hour in june 2022.

Cheaper than most of the other city car parks. Sadly tourists have filled it completely occasionally, but that can’t be blamed on the car park!
