Humboldt. Bio-Restaurant, Café & Bar

The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is very cosy as well. Although it was almost fully booked, we were offered a table without a reservation with condition to finish within 1h. It was basically enough to enjoy the food. We have ordered Beef soup and Spätzle with cheese. Bith dishes were tasty and served relatively quick! We hope to visit this place next time!

Great Bio-Restaurant with freshly cooked specialities. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. The staff is super friendly, courteous and gave honest opinion about the menu, which was very appreciated.

Really nice place with friendly efficient staff. I was tempted with the Austrian classics but went for the burger, which was delicious, I asked for medium pattie and it was excellent, something I miss in the UK! It was nice to sit outside but inside had a nice atmosphere too! Very reasonable prices too, the burger was around €12, other main courses around €14-16 also cheaper brunch stuff is also available till late! I'd go back there next time I'm in Salzburg!

Got a breakfast dish off their Christmas menu! Filling but light on the stomach, energized me for the day of walking that followed!

Tasty, fresh and mostly organic food. The atmosphere on the terrace was lively. Great menu and service! No complaints.

In this rustic yet modern restaurant you can expirience quite a lot of things: starting from very friendly and helpful service staff to a cosy dining ambiente and the pleasure of consuming organic & high quality meals. It's the chefs priority to only use seasonal and regional ingredients when coming up with the menu. You can truly taste all the effort and love the personaI puts into the details.

Lovely restaurant, great service, beautiful decor and the food was fantastic. We had soup of the day which was a sweet potato soup, it was so good. Curry cous cous was also top notch. Good central location.

Lovely restaurant in Salzburg with freshest ingredients. We enjoyed a delicious fish dinner with a parsnip purée and fennel salad. Beautifully prepared and presented! Superb desserts as well. Warm service.

great evening in this restaurant. we didn't have a reservation but they invented a table for us. the staff is very nice, the stiegel is cold and very tasty, the food is excellent. prices ok. my recommendations!

Blinding schnitzel ! Nikki says hers - "was good! Ben had Goulash and it was .... a solid 7 out of 10. I think it looked good. Also, the wheat beer is nice. Niki needs to do some emails now, so doesn't have time to comment more. But on the whole. We would recommend this place. And turns out. Cheap enough. I

I knew the Humboldtstubn only from going out (before Corona). We went there for breakfast and got surprised by the quality of the food overall - the bagels, the bread and also the waffles were awesome!

The service was totally pleasant and the staff was really friendly and quick as well with our extra wishes.

Definitely coming back for more of that tasty food pretty soon :D

Excellent, diverse, selection of foods and drinks including vegetable juices. Nice find in Salzburg Austria. We are visiting from Arizona. Their salmon is fresh. We had pumpkin risotto and a variety of warm vegetable and grains dish

The waitress who attended us was extremely kind and nice, and the food was really tasty. We had the pumpkin risotto, creamy and delicious, the cheeseburger was delectable.

We had a breakfast reservation here but you should definitely be alright without a reservation, at least while we were there (Sunday, 10:30 to 11:30) there was many free tables. Server was friendly and I really liked how special the menu was. We really enjoyed our breakfasts and I wouldn't mind coming back!
