Great spot to eat and drink after hiking! I'm not sure if i was hungry from the hike, but the food was really tasty :))

We visit Schöckl quite often, but because of the covid we got here for the 1st time. And now we will come more often.
In winter, it is especially pleasant to warm up by a real stove before descending, to drink delicious (it is worthy here) Glühwein and have a snack with something warm. Cakes are very good, an amazing assortment of tea for Austria. On my our next trip, I'm thinking we'll try the main dishes.

I had the world's most delicious pumpkin soup for a 9.30am breakfast after climbing Schockl. This is just the right Gasthof for an Austrian mountain top .. a real treat.

Location: it's a great place to rest after a long steep hike.

Bathroom: for each gender they had 3 toilets. They were cleaned up and tidy.

Staff: was normal friendly, but nothing special.

Menu: they had a wide selection for everyone to find something.

Fantastic experience! Go up in mountain by cable car, the view are amazing and than have a lunch with view. Super friendly staff, super tasty food, good price.

After hiking up the highest mountain close to Graz, this is the right place for some refreshments and a bite to eat. Great views down over the southern parts of Styria, if the weather cooperates.

Staff speaks english, u can pay with card, wifi is reliable, good atmosphere, prices are good as well.
