Café Wernbacher by Didi Maier

Good breakfast spot. Despite not having reservation during peak season( advent weekend), we were able to get a table having arrive early enough. We had only about an hour for meal and food came out in about 10 minutes which was perfect. Service was a bit clunky at first where we obviously dont speak german though was given German menu and had to ask for an English menu.

All was good after we ordered and enjoy good quality breakfast at reasonable price in an upscale setting.

The location is pretty strategic, we were there for breakfast and it was wonderful. Warm ambience and the waiter was friendly and attentive. Quite satisfied with our orders.

Tip : better to reserve your table in advance, they tend to be full even for breakfast.

Really delicious breakfast, nice old styled Coffee. The staff was really nice and kind. We didn' t have a reservation but they found a table for us. One of the best place for breakfast. Reasonable prices.

Perfect Austrian cafe. Good food, great ambiance, an excellent experience. (A small note, the "bagels" aren't real bagels, just round bread, but delicious none the less.)

Perfect place for breakfast or brunch. Service is good as well as dishes are tasty.

We came for a brunch, had a bacon bagel, lactose free cappuccino and fresh orange juice. All good, service very nice and friendly, fair pricing. Lovely chilled ambient. We will be back.

Beautiful cafe/bar in Salzburg-
We visited this delightful cafe on a recommendation and we were not disappointed. Tasteful interior with comfortable seating and a warm ambiance greeted us. Waiting staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English to compensate for our inadequate Austrian. A special mention for Kristof who looked after us so well. Thank you.

I got the omelette for breakfast and it was huge! I am happy they make proper omelettes with the fillings inside. Also their seating and interior design is really lovely. I enjoyed sitting inside

A beautiful cafe in Salzburg and a great place to sit and enjoy a coffee or tea. Had breakfast here one morning as well - the rice pudding is delicious!

The breakfast buffet was great, staff were attentive and took initiative. We sat in the outdoor area (not affected by all the smokers), was too crowded and stuffy inside. Overall was a very pleasant experience. Buffet was €21 per adult.

Great place. Very good food and great service. Try to get there on Sunday before 1 on buffet.

A short walk from our accommodation, menu was in part English but I ordered the "perfect day" a cold breakfast which was 3 fresh bread rolls/brioche jams butter honey and also ham, metwhurst, chesses and also we had ...."strummer max" which was a cooked hot breakfast of bacon on toast and fried eggs with gherkins , the orange juice Was freshly squeezed and serve Was very good highly recommend!
