After change of ownership and under new management tremendous improvements. Unique location right at the lakefront, great views. Service has been friendly and great, food and beverages at high level.

Incredible hotel! Would stay again for the spa alone but literally every element was thrilling! Anastasios gave the best massages I have ever had. I cannot recommend him more.

Very nice hotel that really helps you disconnect from day to day activities. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The personnel is friendly and helpful. There is a parking lot and a back terrace with an awesome view towards the lake and the Alps. And don't miss breakfast: it's a treat!

It is one of the few five stars hotels that they have in the region. The service is really good and the staff is very attentive. The hotel rooms are big with nice view to the lake. It is the best hotel to disconnect from outside and relax . They have nice variety of food for breakfast and lunch .

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Rooms are fantastic with great views. Breakfast is dangerous with so many great choices

We were at the beach terrace. Best possible staff. I felt so welcome and we'll treated. Would recommend this place to anyone.
