Great store and kind staff. First time here and love it.

One word, WOW!! I've certainly never seen any motorcycle accessories store this big anywhere in North America, it certainly lives up to its MegStore name. My riding buddy's Sena communicator's microphone failed, so we made a detour to this Louis MegaStore in Bregenz, Austria. The store staff were very helpful and most spoke English as our German is next to nil. My riding buddy was able to buy a replacement microphone and we were able to talk to each other again while riding. Their helmet selection is simply incredible, hundreds of different models and sizes, see pics. My riding boots were completely worn out and I thought I could get one more tour out of them, but when I saw a pair of waterproof touring boots on sale for 129€, I snapped them up and wore them out of the store, and the store staff kindly disposed of my boots. My riding buddy purchased a heavily discounted Rukka air venting jacket for the warmer weather we were facing as we were heading to the south of France. The store has a small bathroom in the back of the store, but no wifi. Lots of staff in various departments and all are experts in their field and very helpful. I will definitely be visiting more Louis stores when I"m in Germany.

Really helpful and competent staff. Interaction on an eye to eye level, even when your a beginner and buying your first gear.

Grosses Lob an den freundlichen Herren am Technik-Stand, der mir innerhalb von 5 Minuten die Filter die ich brauchte rausgesucht und noch die Kompatibilität geprüft hat. So muss Kundenservice!

Ich war am 28.12 im Laden und hatte schon Produkte die ich kaufen wollte die ich mir zuvor im Onlineshop angesehen hatte. Diese Louis Filiale ist sehr übersichtlich eingerichtet sodass jedermann direkt findet was er braucht. Ich habe hier ein Teil meiner Supermoto Ausrüstung gekauft. Nachdem ich an der Kasse nachgefragt habe ob sie eine Protektorenjacke nicht noch in einer kleineren Grösse haben (wie es Online stand) ist die Dame mit mir zum Regal und hat gesucht. Als sie nicht fündig wurde und ich gesagt habe das ich einfach nach einer anderen suche, ist sie nach ein paar Minuten als ich andere Protektorenjacken anprobiert habe nochmals gekommen mit der vorhin gesuchten kleineren Grösse. Anstatt die Sache einfach bleiben zu lassen, hat sie nach der Jacke gesucht um einen Kunden glücklich zu machen. Auch sonst waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und kompetent.
Das einzige Negative ist die Auswahl an Jerseys und Cross-Hosen was etwas mehr sein dürfte.
Ich komme definitiv wieder und bedanke mich herzlichst bei den Mitarbeiter.

Für Motorradliebhaber der richtige Laden zum verweilen. Im Sommer gibt's auch immer einen Stand zum essen.
