The stadium is very nice! No outside food or drinks are allowed. There is food and drinks inside and on the outside of the stadium to purchase, but you will need to buy the stadium card. It is cash only. If you want to buy scarves, pins, or other merchandise, they take card or cash. Try the Rapid soda and cheer on Wien!

Awesome stadium and great soccer team! One thing to know is that you cannot pay with a credit card when buying drinks and snacks. You have to put money in this one card outside of the snack line and use it when making purchases. At the end of the game, if you did not use it all, you have to find the people that sell the cards to get your money back, otherwise you lose $. We didn’t feel like waiting longer to cash in and lost $20+ euros. Regardless of this small inconvenience, this is a great stadium and we had lots of fun watching the Rapids play.

We came from Italy for a tournament and were invited to a Rapid Wien's Match. We found it as small and nice structure, it have about 25.000 seats but it is very organized and well developed.
The view inside the stadium is good and the illumination of the pitch is very bright, the fans are very warm.
There is also the Fan shop, the prices are a bit high, but is what you can expect from Puma.

It was a wonderful day with my friends I have enjoyed a football game between Rapid wien and Salzburg Redbull football team the stadium was really well organised and a lot of entertainment and very professional staff and all the shops over there very well cooperative and clean and always in good location the overall stadium very well it’s a piece of jewelry and I really enjoyed my day over there and for sure will go many time and highly recommended

Cool and modern stadion with great atmosphere. Make sure you get cash on your Rapid Vienna card before buying stuff. You cannot pay with cash or credit card only with pre-paid card you get in stadion!

A great modern wee stadium. Was there for a Europa League game and the atmosphere was brilliant. Easy to get to by bus, train or underground.
Took it's about 35 mins to get there by bus through heavy 5pm traffic.

Stadium is cashless, so you have to buy a payment card from guys around the consession stands. Any money left on the card can be refunded at kiosks outside next to the turnstiles.

Be aware the beer is non alcoholic, and you have to pay €2 for a pint mug, which is refunded to your card when you take it back.

The stadium is so one of a kind because of the amazing fans. Really amazing.
Restrooms and restaurants are with long Qs during half time so would rather go there before match.
You cannot pay in cash anywhere but there is a fan card which you can get and fill on the spot and doesn't cost extra money. If you buy a beer There is 2 euros extra u would get back when you return the cup. Prices are kinda high compared to normal Viennese cafes and bars so one Beer costs 4,30 euro plus two euros.
I would advice coming one hour before the kick in because it might get really crowded right before the match. Heavy jackets are also recommended
One more advice is not to bring a DSLR camera with tele lens.

Modern stadium that has all the facilities you would expect. Pretzels and Wursts are a must eat.

Atmosphere is outstanding. Clean. Easy to get to and leave. Good food options. Drink options. But it's all about the football. Shame it was a no score match. But European nights can go like that.

Stadium includes fanshop, museum, chapel and much more. There is also the possibility to enjoy guided tours through museum and stadium.

Easy to navigate, they serve decent alcohol, fast to load and unload, can smoke.

Modern stadium recently completed. View of the pitch is good from almost all seats. There are plenty of food, drinks and merchandising kiosks beneath the standings. Very close to the underground station this is definitely the recommended way to reach it as parking space is limited.

Have to admit it's possibly the best stadium I've ever visited for the whole experience. The rapid fans created the best atmosphere at a game I've been at with the great Glasgow rangers fans also adding to the atmosphere. Unfortunately result went against us. The playing surface was awful I have to mention

Absolutely great experience. The Vienna Rapids won 5-0 and the stadium is absolutrly clean and well ordered. The people are really well behaved.
I liked the fact that there were a lot of families with small children, which proves that the stadium is a safe place.

I wish one day we have the same standards as here in my home country (Argentina).

The arena is the best of Austria. Really worth to spend your time there. Good food and drinks. A really good view onto the pitch. Easily accessible via public transport

Super good exprience, also you can bring your drinks because a sinple beer costs 5 euros here.
