Sheraton Mendoza Hotel

Luxury from start to finish! I especially appreciated the parking garage, beautiful lobby, room service dinner (delicious!), comfortable bed, feather soft pillows, steam room, deep soaking bath tub…. I could go on and on. But the best part is really the check-in staff/concierge. Anything you need they are available. Marriott should be proud of this location.

One of the best places to stay in Mendoza city.
The location is perfect, close to everything you need to get around, go to eat, book excursions or tastings, but the hotel also offers an excellent gastronomy service on the 17th floor for dinner (the view is unique). and they have an excellent wine cellar that offers wine tasting with a Sommelier.
The quality, kindness and efficiency of the people who serve at check-in, room service, restaurants and spa are to highlight, they make the experience outstanding.
As if all this were not enough, the hotel is connected in the best Las Vegas style with Huentala Hotel and Curio Collection by Hilton, which belong to the same hotel group. The latter has just opened its doors and has a thematic proposal with a real winery operating inside.
To close the experience with a flourish, Huentala Wines, another development by Huentala Group at "La Isabel Estate", located in Gualtallary, offers world-class wines from the winemaker Jose Pepe Morales, whom I had the opportunity to meet at the winery, a wonderful person in addition to the exquisite wines he designs with his team. . You cannot miss Huentala Wines in Valle de UCO, it is one of the most beautiful wineries in Mendoza.

This is one of the nicer rooms that I've stayed in in all my travels. Friendly staff, extra clean, nice furniture and bedding, very nicely updated and classic!

Great hotel, very accommodating to all of our requests while we were in Mendoza for our wedding. Could not be happier with how they helped support us and our guests. They went above and beyond, helped us print speeches, provided additional chairs for bridesmaids make up, allowed us to take picture on the top floor restaurant and gave our guests gift bags we provided them during check-in.

Great room, friendly staff. Good location, with parks and pedestrian-only streets. Lots of restaurants of all kinds. The travel agency in the hotel set us up with a city tour, and a fantastic wine tour. They also did our airport transfers.

Best views on the rooftop. Amazing people. Such space outdoors to star/moon gaze. Very cordial staff. Best salmon and tiramisu.

The hotel is excellent. Very good breakfast, the swimming pool is very good and I didn't go but there is a restaurant in the roof with a nice view. The only comment is the size of the double beds... should be bigger.

Probably the best hotel in the city. Huge lobby and very friendly staff. I was able to book a wine tour through the hotel no problem. The room was clean and spacious with a very big bathroom for Latin America standards. The Casino was cool too and the server girls working there are all fine. This hotel has basically everything you will need, it is a Sheraton after all.

Excellent hotel in the city of Mendoza. It the quality that you expect from Sheraton. The facility is in top shape and is well located.

One of the best Sheratons I have ever stayed at. As a platinum member I was upgraded to a suite with a mountain view. Room very spacious and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Club lounge was perfect for breakfast and had a spread of finger sandwiches, meat, cheese and wine and beer. Perfect snack before a late dinner in Mendoza. There is a casino in the hotel as well if you are a gambler.

Me and my wife were highly pleased and impressed with the service and accommodations at the Sheraton of Mendoza. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of despite our lack of Spanish. Thank you Nevin, Fredrico, and Danielle. During my stay I ate outside of the hotel, and became very sick. This was on a Sunday and all the stores were closed. One of the staff members with the trainee name tag walked my wife 4 blocks to a pharmacy to get medicine for me. My stomach ache was gone in the morning. I don't write reviews, but the service and staff at this hotel went well above the call of duty to make our trip to Mendoza a pleasant stay..Thank you Sheraton of Mendoza you're the best :)

Great value standard business hotel with amazing amenities for a level 2 SPG hotel (includes sauna, pool and generous breakfast).

Service is friendly but slow because they are understaffed. The vibe is odd because they are adjoined to a casino and are a bit outdated and currently undergoing minor renovations. But overall I'm blown away by the friendly service, convenient location to downtown and generous amenities for a level 2 SPG.

Very, very comfortable hotel. Good mattress and 4 pillows per bed. Living area separate from sleeping. Plenty of closets. Separate walk'in shower from toilet area. Spacious lobby and an extremely helpful staff. Did not eat meals there but did take advantage of Sheraton Club's breakfast.

Tourism company Kahuak in lobby to provide trips, tours. Paula and Ricardo are perfecto. The Uco Valley wine tour with lunch was outstanding.

Excellent hotel. Clean, good location, fantastic service.

GIN? SANATRA? A GAME OF POOL? And a crazy energetic old lady dancing her heart out? Now that's what I call a Saturday night! This was my first time at the Sheraton Hotel and originally I just went for a "porcelana fria" -art show, but when I saw how gorgeous, inviting and warm the hotel was I had to stay. My 1-hour stop over became an 8-hour night out! So here's the scoop on the restaurant:
1. Great service
2. Wonderful atmosphere
3. Ok food, but I loved the brownie
4. Pool table! always a blast
5. High quality live music and dancing people

I'll definitely be heading back for a night here, so watch out for that.

best hotel in mendoza! beautiful views of the city wonderful staff always smiling franco (recepcion) is very nice and helpful! not sure when the beautiful top floor restaurant is open so make sure you check with reception to make a reservation
