Our stay in LiViTi was wonderful! My best accommodation in Armenia. If you are looking for traditional hospitality of Armenia 🇦🇲 go there ! Local are very very friendly they helped us, made us wonderful dinner and breakfast. The best what you can do is booking a room in LiViTi 😎✌

Best accomodation we had in Armenia. I am happy, that we chose this place to stay. At the evening we had nice conversation with the owner and other guests, tasting their great wine and sweets. Definitely recommend this place to stay.

We initially wanted to stay in Areni only for one night but staying at LiViTi was so great that we felt like a part of the family that runs this accommodation. We stayed one more night and if we didn’t have to catch our flight, we would’ve stayed for even longer. Rooms were super clean, breakfast was amazing, prepared from fresh ingredients in the garden and we also tried their homemade wine. Next time we are in Areni, we will stay here again without doubt! Highly recommended!

We spend an amazing two days with this lovely family. Enjoyed local food and delicious homemade wine. I just can't thank them enough. I will definitely come again 😊🍷

Miejsce wyjątkowe.
Pokoje czyste, a lokalizaja idelana na wypad na Norawank. No i oczywiście właściciele są przekochani. Pomocni, mili, czuć tam rodzinną atmosferę. Jak zostawilem rozrzucone ubrania jednego dnia to po powrocie miałem ułożone w idealną kostkę. Polecam z calego serca

Del mio viaggio lungo le diverse città dell’Armenia, porteró nel mio cuore il ricordo di questa giornata passata a Liviti. Un’esperienza autentica e genuina, con una famiglia speciale. Auguro a tutti voi di soggiornare da loro, di assaporare i cibi autentici e di ascoltare la musica di Lia. Grazie di cuore!

Piccolo hotel in centro ad Areni. Facile da raggiungere e possibilità di parcheggio in strada per le auto. Camere pulite e fornite di tutto il necessario (anche asciugacapelli, spesso assente nelle altre location). La titolare e la figlia sono molto accoglienti e parlano inglese. Il marito produce vino locale. La cena presso la struttura è da provare assolutamente in stile tipico e tutto di ottima qualità.

Une guesthouse absolument charmante, on se sent comme à la maison! La famille hôte est adorable, les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Le dîner proposé est délicieux, fait maison et tout vient du jardin, même le vin. Super expérience que je recommande à tous les voyageurs ☺

Ein kleines, familiengeführtes Hotel. Der Empfang und die Betreuung vor Ort waren sehr liebevoll. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind schick und modern. Auch das Badezimmer ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet und bietet eine große Auswahl. Es wird auch Abendessen und selbstgemachter Wein angeboten. Unbedingt probieren! Wir kommen gerne wieder
