- The morning and the evening buffets are very diverse and delicious with lots of healthy as well as vegan/vegetarian options
- The entire hotel staff is friendly and helpful
- The location of the hotel is simply heavenly and one can enjoy the exceptional mountain views of Armenia directly from the balconies as well as hotel terrace while enjoying food or drinks
- The outdoor/indoor pools and the wellness area are well equipped.

Lovely ! I love the 3 pools , good Cafe and restaurant. The spa , massage is amazing. Breathtaking views. 6km Away from the city. Perfect resort to rewind, relax and rejuvenate. I would definitely come again here.

Beautifully situated resort style hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful with arranging taxis and other services including massage and dry-cleaning. Indoor and outdoor pool, kids room with a nanny, picturesque lounge/restaurant with good food, nice bar, extensive buffet breakfast.

This is a resort hotel in a picturesque setting featuring many amenities. Cimfortable bar area with adjoining winter garden on the lower level and a beautifully decorated dining room offering a buffet with a wide variety of choices. The hotel also has indoor and outdoor pools and many outdoor seating areas for relaxation.

Good experience to stay in best western in Dilijan, Armenia. Good value for money. Good amenities. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Offered us late check out on request and also offered complimentary fruit platter after meal!

Really big and clean doubleroom! Great breakfast and dinner with good service. Slept really well. Also cheap price. One small thing, the lock to the bathroom did not work (room 204).

Beautiful surroundings, spacious rooms, nice wellness facilities and indoor and outdoor pools. The dinner and breakfast buffet was also a very pleasant experience.

A modern and functional building located in the outskirts of Dilijan, in the mountain area known as the Swiss Armenia. Large and comfortable rooms, good restaurant, friendly personnel.

It was a heavenly rest, and all thanks to a friendly staff. Location 5+, staff 5+, cleanliness 5+, food 5+ .... I did not rest so well, and my daughter did not leave the playground. I advise everyone!

Resort with indoor outdoor pool tables tennis and other recreation all close at 10:00pm,why. Room and breakfast is excellent.
