RIS Dalma Collection Yerevan

outstanding!

It is located 10 mins out of the city center, but it offers nice views of the city in return!
We were a group of 4, and although the loft was very pretty, the 2-bedroom unit was more comfy for 4 of us.

Staff was kind and helpful.
The unit was nice and clean with everything one may need.

Works great for big groups and families.

Stunning place. Great service and Manuella the receptionist was very helpful and professional. The apartments are spacious and comfortable and are truly better than any hotel room, very nicely equipped and decorated too. The view from windows and balcony is stunning. You can see half of Yerevan. 1 minute walk to Dalma mall, and 15 min walk to republic square and downtown. I highly recommend this place and will be returning to it anytime I visit Yerevan. Thank you.

Stayed here in Dec with my family.
Both Ann and Mariam were extremely helpful from the moment I called them with my enquiry all the way until check out. I arrived early morning 6am with the fam and the room was perfectly set. They had even gone out of their way and kept the sofa bed ready for sleeping. Rooms were clean, spacious and contemporary with a beautiful view. Parking is free and the mall downstairs is a big plus. Rooms have fridge, stove, washing machine and all the usual basics.
Highly recommended!

AMAZING IM BLOWN FOR HOW SPECTACULAR THIS PLACE WAS HUGE ROOM ESPECIALLY THE LOFT I WAS IN ROOM U 15 ITS AMAZING THE BEST. Sorry about capital it’s just this place is so great.

Very nice apartment, clean. Very helpful front office staff. We stayed for 5 nights, very close to Dalma mall. You can literally explore the city by just walking, buy a sim card at the airport and use google map. We took taxi from RIS Dalma to Cascade Complex then walked down to France Square, Opera and Valley Theatre, Zuravor Surb Asvatsatsin Church, History of Armenia Museum, Republic Square, Vernissage, to Ararat Museum and back to RIS😃.

Full kitchens make it seem just like home with supermarket in Dalma Garden Mall next door stocking all the food you could wish for.

We stayed 5 nights this hotel apartment, from the first moment till last moments it was amazing, Servise is 5 star, Location , equipments and everything is extra ordinary .
Staffs are very kind and humble . Mr: parveen , kenjie and all(don’t know name ) staffs are very helpful and speak English . If we back to yervan once again must choose the same again and again .

Review of apartments

If your looking for luxury at an affordable price then the ris dalma collection apartments are you only choice in Yerevan.

From the moment we walked into the building we where greeted by the 24 hour reception team that where happy to help with all our questions at anytime of the day. These type of serviced apartments are blurring the line between hotels and self catering. As they offer the daily cleaning and turndown service of a hotel but the space and freedom of your own apartment.

The Apartment
once we stepped into the apartment we immediately felt the quality of the materials used in the apartment. That quality plus the well though layout and design would not be out of place in a 5* hotel.

We had a one bedroom apartment but penthouses are available. It sleeps four people if needed as the sofa turns into a double bed. We where located on the 11 floor that provided us with some of her best views in the whole city.

The kitchen
this area has everything you need for the duration of your stay. All equipment is included and even the little extras like salt and oil are provided for you. Oven and microwave are there if you planning on some grand home cooking.

Living Area
in this beautifully designed area you find a vast open plan space with comfortable sofa, dinner table, smart tv with Netflix & international channels. And the best part of the apartment is the the vistas from the full panoramic windows that span the whole apartment giving you amazing views of the old city and surrounding area. We spent many a night stargazing on the window sill with a glass of wine.

The bedroom
double or twin beds are your choice on booking. It have a washing machine, iron, hair dryer and all the space you need for your clothing. The beds are super comfortable and for those morning when you don’t want to get out of bed you have another smart tv for lazy viewing.

Location
The apartment are located just outside of the main downtown area but still within walking distance it’s based in a super new apartment block that you can see for miles around. On the opposite side of the road you have a huge mall that has all the stores you would ever need and a market.
As the apartments are located on top of a hill we had spectacular views of the city especially in the night time.

I can honestly say that this is the highest quality apartment that I have ever stayed in while on holiday. I will definitely be coming back when I’m in Yerevan.
