Jermuk Hotel

It's a great hotel overall. I came here with my wife on a weekend and everything was very good in our opinion. You get to eat here, you get to rest in here, you get to have some therapy in here, and all of that is in the same hotel.

Everything is clean, and the service is good. I love the fact that they had a great gym in here, with a wonderful pool and spa. The hotel also has a loft area where you can hang out with friends and family.

I had an incredible time with my husband. The property is situated in a very picturesque location. The view from the room overlooking the canyon was breathtaking. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included in the stay, along with some treatments. The food was delicious, catering to everyone's taste.

I also treated myself to a full-body massage, and I felt rejuvenated afterward.

The hotel boasts an impressive gym and a lovely pool with a canyon view.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

A great hotel and spa. Facilities and staff are excellent. Well worth a visit when in Armenia - during the summer the area has fresh air and is cooler than Yerevan. It looks to have excellent skiing facilities during the winter. A special thank you to Karine in the restaurant, Suzanna in the health centre and Doctor Venera. Yes they even offer a complimentary health check with a practising doctor. If I ever go to Armenia again Jermuk Hotel and Spa will be on our list. Thank you for a good stay.

I have never been in Paradise yet, but I have been in Jermuk Hotel & Spa! It’s a real Paradise on the Earth! Such a friendly atmosphere as is over there, is hardly to imagine! Fantastic direction, great reception, qualified medical workers, clean and cost rooms and the most delicious food I have ever tasted in whole my life! I live in the Netherlands, butI feel like at home in Jermuk Hotel & Spa! 🙏🙏😍

Stop oversalting food – everyone has salt on their table, but u can’t fix the food that is already oversalted, it’s unedible. In other aspects, it’s a brilliant place with very polite and professional staff. And Jermuk itself is a beautiful place, greatly maintained and actually safe, at least for now.

Amazing 5 star hotel. The service is super friendly and helpful, the food is tasty and various. Clean rooms, great common areas, like loft and the pool with a Mountain View. Had a very relaxing couple of days here.

Beautiful location, Great Lakes, forests and Monasteied as you drive north, Yerevan to Kutaisi —- stop here two nights and go on to Lake Sevan for a few days and swim.

There are very good facilities for relaxation and medical procedures. The staff is well served.
The interior is done in a new, modern and taste.
This hotel has its own garden, where the nights are beautified with additional lights.

Отель находится в очень красивом месте. Ночевали одну ночь. Большие номера, отличные завтраки, при желании есть ещё лечение. Климат лучше, чем в Ереване. В Джермуке было днём 25-28 ночью примерно 17,а Ереване днём до 46 ночью 25.

Отличный отель, санаторий. Прекрасный персонал, чистые номера, вкусная еда, отличный бассейн, множество оздоровительных процедур.

Что-то с чем-то))) рекомендую.
Номера дороже обычного, но включают в себя завтрак, обед, ужин, сауну, бассейн, тренажёрный зал и много другого. Персонал приветливый, еда вкусная, а парковка большая. Молодцы!
Но есть вопрос по поводу дырки в полотенце
