Holiday Inn Yerevan - Republic Square, an IHG Hotel

Amazing hotel and location, just a few minutes walk to the square. The room (suite) was massive and very comfortable. Loved that you could Apple Airplay to the TV! The service was outstanding and really enjoyed breakfast on the 7th floor again service here was amazing.

We actually stayed twice during our trip and on 2nd visit loved the welcome card and fruit basket! Ordered breakfast in room and it did not disappoint there was so much it kept us going until dinner time!

Similar styling to other Holiday Inns but this one is fantastic.
My room was a standard queen and cost approximately 215000amd for 4 nights. It was spacious and clean. The best thing for me was that it had plenty of lighting options as I like my room to be bright (I find most hotel rooms are too dim). However with the lights off and curtains drawn, the room is completely dark which is great for sleep.
Room also has good sound proofing and a comfortable bed.

Good hotel close to Republic Square. Almost everything is within walking distance. Thaw staff are great: Amalia guest relations,
Mariam Receiption, and Arman. They satisfy all requests. Breakfast is the best, specially on the 7th floor. I enjoyed my stay and felt like home.

Absolutely incredible stay! Location is excellent. People who works here are very professional and passionated about their job. I stayed in Holiday Inn multiple times this year and every time I feel very valued guest. The customer service is exceptional. The smile on the faces are genuine, which makes you feel like home.
A special thanks to front desk extremely polite and professional Arman, Gor, beautiful heart chef Gohar and all the staff at the restaurant.

Great location just a few steps away from Republic Square.
The rooms are a little bit small and ours had a weird window but it was clean and enough for a short stay.
Check in and check out we're smooth, the staff always smiling and helpful.
Roof bar is also good at the end of a walking day.
Of course one should not expect much personality from Holiday Inn, at the end it is an international chain but if you are looking for a perfect location, this is the place.

My parents stayed here in May this year. The staff were amazing and very friendly and always willing to help. Inga and Maryam were very kind and nice and friendly. Breakfast was great.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the city centre next to Republic Square and the dancing fountains, which allows you to walk everywhere.
Staff at reception and breakfast were really nice and helpful.
The room was spacious and clean.
The only negative would be for the staff on the top floor, I went there as I wanted to see the pool, I was met by snobbish staff and therefore could not see the pool even though I was a paying guest.

Great hotel with a wonderful location in Yerevan.

Everything is fine and in walking area. The terrace is a wonderful also, especially if you wanna pick a coffee and smoke. One of the old buildings of old Yerevan is situated in the middle of terrace, so you can feel the harmony between the old and new Yerevan.

The swimming pool on the roof is big and comfortable.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The location is very central and close to everything. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The service is incredible and the restaurant has rich and diverse options to suit all tastes. The rooms are a bit small but the cleanliness is exceptional. Will definitely go back and recommend it to others.

Rooms are very well designed and use the available space very well.

Beds super comfy, shower was brilliant, breakfast was a great choice.

What an incredible experience all around! I can't say enough good things about making it home away from home. I am usually not the one who writes reviews but this one I do with pleasure! What I love the most about my stay at this hotel is the incredible people that work in here! Professional crew that serves the breakfast in the morning, very personal and good to be around people! Gohar (supervisor) is very loving and caring! Mamikon is very social and great at what he does, won't be surprised if one day he owns his own hotel. Alina is the most hard working girl I met in my life. Vergine is very respectful and kind , Liana makes great omelettes! I also would like to mention Arman (manager). Always willing to help, great peoples skills and hotel management. Inga at the front desk welcomes you with so much warmth and beautiful smile that fills you with the an incredible positive energy which I absolutely appreciate! Thank you guys for making my stay at this hotel sooo awesome! Definitely recommend to my friends and family. I’ll be returning back soon

Great hotel with great facilities in the best location. You can walk everywhere from there.

Holiday Inn is located in the heart of the city. Clean spacious rooms and good breakfast. A restaurant and skybar, spa, gym and other things you could need. Affordable prices.

Great and convenient location right next to Republic Square. It’s also only 15-20 mins drive to the airport. Service was great too.
