What can be better than your tent on the beach without sand inside and wonderful sunset. Really friendly and peaceful place. It was our second campsite while traveling for a month in Albania and it remains one of the best we had if not THE best! The sites were small but flat. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. We did swim a lot here and had many delicous macchiatos. I highly recommend this place to everyone, it's a real gem on the Riviera! We dream about going back there. The road to get there is in bad shape, but very slowly we made it with no issue with a Jetta(VW).

Magnificent location directly at the beach with caribbean feeling. Lovely flowers and plants with care to detail. A small bar and basic but clean toilets and shower. The spots for cars, vans and tents all have shadows. Adventurous access road, definitely worth the drive.

Paradise.
The road to Paradise isn't ever going to be easy. Best to have a 4 x 4 vehicle if you want to drive down... Then at some point... Back up!... But it's worth it. Stunning natural little camp site on a beautiful clear sea beach. Simple but beautiful facilities. Wonderful traditional family run business. Dog friendly 🐶❤
Amazing secluded beaches and hikes up to the hills. Recommend walk up to village Lukova.

A bit bumpy road

A piece of Paradise-that’s what it is! It is beautiful, peaceful and with an amazing beach and sea. The road to there is bumpy, dirty and non pavemented. Because the road to Paradise is not an easy road! If you are a low car or a long caravan, it’s unacessible, don’t even try, you’ll get stuck. Reserve before arrival since is very frequented (we have been there at the end of August) and just relax and enjoy this Heaven!

It is the most suitable place for family camping but not only. A very quiet place where you can spend the most beautiful holidays, with good and dedicated people. Green spaces and shades in which you can spend very pleasant moments. Clean toilets, secure parking space, convenient places to set up camping tents and much more.

We are travelling with our camper van and were recommended to go to Gate to Horizon - best decision ever! We were almost alone at the beach and felt like in the Caribbeans. The road there was daunting but we made it - with the help of the owner, who is very nice! Highlight of our trip.

First and foremost, this place is an oasis! Yes, there is no electricity for campers other than charging your phone, the showers are cold and you need to bring your own toilet paper but the amount of repose you get in exchange is priceless! One word to the wise: we’ve read all the previous comments on how tough the road is and dismissed them as people loving to complain. We were wrong. Brace yourself for a bumpy and sweaty ride that’s not for everyone. But it’s worth it.

This place is a true hidden paradise! Before you go down there on that road, make sure you have your food supplies though :) Otherwise, there is a very good restaurant in the hotel 10-15 minutes walk from the camping uphill.

As many mentioned the road is intimidating. Made it up again with a Renault Kangoo 2 wheel drive and fully loaded with stuff. Owner was very helpful with advice on how to drive up. Unfortunately the anticipation of driving up the road left me very nervous the whole stay. Wish that I could have enjoyed the place more.

One of the best places to camp in Albania. So close to the shore, amidst hundred of years old olive trees and even though the camp was relatively populated, it was extremely quiet. Very reasonable prices and good service. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a unique experience in a wonderful place surrounded by nature, Gate to Horizon is definitely the place to go. If you cannot renounce to common camping commodities (for example hot shower, comfortable WC, pitches with electricity and wifi), just find another place.
Gate to Horizon is one of the best camping I've ever been to, it has a jungle-like vibe and you'll love the beach right next to the campsite :)

Best camping I've ever been. The road is not asphalt, don't try with big camper, but with little campers, or cars it can't be a problem. Everything is perfect, very clean, staff is helpful, and the nature is unbelieveble.

Super attractive camping place for hollyday. Sure this is perfect place for camping live style. Here you can find great olive shadow, super nice staff, friendly and helpful, blue ionan bech. Also the atmospheres here ia quite and positive. I highly recomend for people thats want some quite night or romantic hollydays.
