Taverna"Dashi"

Absolutely incredible! We visit in the beginning of October so we were the only customers there, but it probably was the best food experience in all Albania! We loved it all, the fish, the mussels, the shrimps, and the place it self, just beautiful and unique! The owners didn’t speak a lot of English but we managed to communicate and they treated us super well!!
100% recommended !!

At the beginning of September I was with my family. The coast was near, parking lot, quiet area, the food was farm fresh with vegetables straight from the garden. Amazingly, even their eggs were laid by their own hens. Most importantly, a very warm and family-friendly company with kind and hospitable people. Absolutely recommended for everyone who wants to spend a few relaxing days. Felt at home and look forward to returning for my next vacation.

One of the best fish I have had in Albania, well seasoned, grilled over coals, fresh fish.
Fish soup was good for the price, salad was as well.
Location is perfect too, basically in a beautiful garden, next to shaded free parking, 2 minute walk down to a gorgeous beach.

Food is amazing. The ingredients are from their garden if season and you feel it in the taste. Even olives are theirs. Cheese feels also homemade. Everything was so delicious ( we had greek salad, fried and stuffed squid). At the end we got watermelon on the house. The family restaurant is so good and it seems like they don't know how freeking good they are- they are simple and very nice! For now for me the best place to eat on our albaniat trip. Also comparing to other great noble restaurants! Wow! Ein muss nach dem baden am lukova strand!

Fantastic place. Grilled mussels, prawns, and fried paprika are a must.

Great little spot hidden in the hillside. Food was fresh and prepared right before our eyes in the kitchen which flanked the dining area. A charming little orchard surrounded the entire restaurant. The fish and octopus were delectable! Definitely worth going to.

OMG. This place is amazing. Run by a family specialized in local food and produce. Seems that everything is from their local garden, the seaflood is super fresh, portions are huge, probably my favorite restaurant in Albania.

Well located restaraunt nearby the beach. Tasty and well cooked seafood and different kinds of pasta. Mid prizes (like in the rest of Albania). Clean. Good service, though the way to it is rocky through the mountains.

Pleasant, well ventilated place, friendly staff, speaks English, good food, good prices. Has some vegetarian options, but there could be more (e.g.: vegetable risotto). Breakfast options (omelette and fried eggs) served only until noon. Don't accept card, but accepts Euro. They have free WiFi with decent speed. The vegetables are organic from their garden!

Nice place... Food was delicious. Traditional way. However the people were not smiling at all and that's a pity, because the atmosphere was not so great.

The taverna is located 5 mins walking from the beach. The wine was one fo the best we had in Albania as was the food. We had grilled vegetables, grilled sea-bass and stuffed squid. Everything was delicious but the squid was the best squid I've ever had, extremely tender and tasty. Highly recommended!

The seafood pasta was one of the best I have eaten. The Greek salad from fresh vegetables, directly from their garden is worth it!
And what a nice atmosphere and view!

Food is delicious. Place is quite and a liitlle wind decrease temperature. The best place to eat in Albania.

I can not rate the food because we did not eat at the taverna but i would like to share my experience. We got into trouble and we asked for a help because our car was some kilometres away from the beach. We asked the owners just for a contact for a taxi because nobody on the beach could not help to us. The son of the owner's took us at the place without hesitation. Best restaurant at Lukovë beach! Really good local food at very reasonable prices. It looks like they grow a lot of the produce themselves in their garden

Och boy, best grilled sea food I ever had except Madeira Island. So we had a village salad, spaghetti and soup for kids and grilled heaven prawns. Amazing!!!

Nice place, directly in the garden, near the beach. We were twice here, food was delicious. We get a super tasty dessert - orange pickled in sugar syrup. Recommended.
