A beautiful waterfall in a lovely scenery! You can leave the car in Strembec village, there's enough space for 5-6 cars.The hike is pretty easy, you go along the river and the old aqueduct (which is also interesting to see). The views are stunning, but you should also go up to the glacial cirque above the waterfall. The trail ascends to the left of the waterfall, it's pretty steep, with slippery rocks, but the view up there is worth it.

If you are near to Përmet and like to do a moderate hiking, this is one of the places to visit.
The trail up until there is pretty easy.
If you want to visit something even cooler than the waterfall, then you need to have some good hiking shoes and hike the part above the waterfall.
It takes around 20 minutes to go above.
Then you'll see a marvelous view of the small valley, located at the bottom of the Nemërça mountain.
Plus, you'll find the spring from where the waterfall water comes from.
Highly recommended as a hike.

Amazing waterfall. Breathtaking scenery. The trip is around 1,5 hours long from the parking lot located at the bottom off Strëmbec village. The road there is gravel with 7-10% uphill. We did it with a Renault Clio. Worth the trip.

An easy hike to jaw dropping views. The mountain wall is even more impressive than the waterfall.

I really liked the hike leading to the waterfall. You pass through a village, a small forest, a valley to get to the waterfall. Uneven terrain but not a lot of denivelation so all around pretty accessible.

Impressive place,breathtaking views of nature along the way. You follow the path along the canal of water to go to the waterfall,through the dense evergreen forest smelling the aroma of the fresh oregano and other types of plants. It is one and half an hour hiking and walking from the village of Stermbec, but it is well worth visiting it.

Absolut sehenswert. Das Hinkommen zum Startpunkt ist schon eine Schau. Nach Strembec geht es auf einer Schotterpiste. Gott sei Dank ist unser Audi 3cm höher gelegt. War kein Problem. Der Ort ist ein Ruinendorf. Ein paar Bauern und Schäfer leben hier wohl noch. Weg zum Wasserfall gut zu erkennen,immer am Wasserlauf entlang. Aber aufs Wetter achten. Wir sind voll in ein Gewitter hineingeraten, welches hinter dem Wasserfall aufgezogen war. Konnten wir nicht sehen. Aber sonst eine schöne Tour.

A wanderful waterfall hiden in the Përmeti chain mountains which can be reach by Përmet city to the village of Strëmbec through a offroad vehicle and after that following the signs placed in the stones by Regional Protected Area Agency which direct you strait ahead to the waterfall. A waterfall which is fed by the melting snow and show a magnificient view deeply in the mountain taking a funnel shape at the bottom of the mountain's gorge.
