I would give the store a 5 star, based on other staff which were friendly. However, when buying a large canister of water today, like I usually do, the lady working in the store was extremely unfriendly. When she came outside, she did not look at me at all. Bad mood, bad attitude. Phone in hand, eyes on her phone. I gave her a 500 000 note, unfortunately that's all I had on me. She said no change and was angry. I said no sorry. She then went into the store and gave me change. I tried to cheer her up by asking her to smile and pull a funny face. Did not work. I went into the store and asked her to try and smile with customers and try be a bit more friendly. She told me to leave the store l verbally and with hand gestures. Poor service and unfriendly lady working in the store. As I said l, the other staff are friendly and kind. Maybe she was having a bad day. But then again, last week she acted the same.
