Van Chai Resort

BEST 👍 Beach Front Resort with private balcony. 1st thought Sunami is coming since can be heard the loud of Ocean Wave & as early as 06:30am can see local fishing-man doing their normal routine business.

My wife and I spent 7 nights at the Van Chai Resort and cannot say enough about it. The staff, specifically THUY, gave us absolutely amazing service and set up any tours we wanted to do. Our return destination had a severe virus outbreak, so we had to urgently rearrange several aspects of our trip, visa situation, and various scheduling. She handled everything on a very personal level.
Additionally, the staff is all very nice at all times of the day/night, most/all with very good English; they even invited us to join their Tet celebration with fruit, wine, and red packets!
The massage service was great! The gym is a little bit small, but the pool area and views make up for it.
The garden area is big and we spent every night walking through it or by the seaside.
The restaurant food was very good and prices are more than fair.
The town was not busy, but we went during the winter months, so the off-season for beach towns. I expect it is very busy in the summer!
We got a free upgrade and were able to get a taste of a few different room styles. They're all charming and well-equipped with basic necessities.

I was in Van Chai Resort for last 3 weeks. Just came back home. I found this place as unique, beautiful and in the local style. But I travel a lot and I have been almost in all continents and I saw many beautiful resorts specially every time I look for the same local style. While the unique place is not only pretty buildings, good place, trees, flowers, etc but above all the people. People who serve visitors every day. And for the first time in my life in Van Chai I’ve met wonderful staff of resort. Employees of Van Chai are very helpful, friendly, kind, caring in a very natural way because they are natural. Cool and great staff. But two persons deserve special distinction and they are Haiha and Thuy Vu. Both absolutely fantastic and the best. More time I saw Thuy and I can say she is absolutely professional, carrying about all details making tourists think only about rest. Ladies bravo. Thanks to them and specially Thuy professionalism I’ve made decision to come back to this resort with friends. Best resort, best people ever:)

Nice quite place. Service is good. Staffs are friendly. The deco and architecture are surely unique and on point. Foods are great.
