Happy House's Ms. Loan

We needed a night near the bus station and to do our laundry. Happy House was perfect. Ms Loan met us at the entrance and showed us round using Google translate. The front door operates using a thumb print which was super easy. She is very kind and sweet and wanted to make sure everything was ok for us. We had booked the studio but she upgraded us to the apartment. The apartment was mostly clean, a bit of dust on light fittings but the sheets and towels were clean and comfortable. And the fact we managed to get all our washing clean and dry in one night was amazing. Thank you to Ms Loan for our last minute booking. We would happily book again for more nights if we were in the area as it was quiet and amazing to have an entire apartment to our selves.

The good apartment serviced. Good location, very convenient! And clean, comfortable will full of equipments, safety. Warmly hosting!

Ở đây gần 1 tháng do kẹt lại vì dịch, mọi thứ quá đầy đủ bao gồm cả máy sấy, máy giặt và bếp với mức giá quá rẻ. Chị quản lý thì cực kỳ tốt bụng và có tâm.

I stayed there for nearly a month, price is dirt cheap, you can't find a room with all of facilities like this at that price in Hanoi. The manager is super nice and always there to help. Rooms look exactly like pictures.

Chỗ ở sạch sẽ,an ninh tốt,đầy đủ tiện nghi...người quản lí nhiệt tình. Phòng mình ở có khu bếp,máy giặt nữa...rất tiện.

Phòng rộng. Sạch đẹp và thoáng mát. Giá cả khá oke

部屋はくたびれていて埃っぽいが、台所も洗濯機も乾燥機も有って便利で部屋代は安い。
建物には入り口2つ有り、角の「vip貸部屋」は無関係。右側の鉄扉の方です。
オーナーはアパートに居ないので用が有れば電話で呼び出す。
部屋代支払いは現金か銀行振込みでクレジットカード不可。現金の場合はお釣りの無いように。
