Pu Luong Eco Garden

Staff are all so lovely. Could not be more attentive. Delicious meals. The room was spacious, comfortable bedding. Good hot shower. The infinity pool was tempting so we took the plunge and glad we did. Lovely place to visit!

It's a very nice place to stay if you have a chance to go to Pu Luong.
Foods & services were amazing .
All staff from reception, waiters, manager were so nice. Special thanks to Mr Dai & his team that helped us with such a great time in here.
By the way, the balcony was best place to take photos of the sunrise.

This was an absolutely incredible experience and place with customer service that is second to none. I will miss these folks. They have made friends with me in a way that I will never forget. The people are as beautiful as the place is an absolute stunning Shangri-La.

Lovely spot. Serene. Wonderful staff. Attentive and hardworking. Lots of yummy food. Too much to finish! Good ecotour opps from there! Only downsides were the current construction noise at 7am. A bit hard to relax in early am in upper villas. Also did not like shower so close to toilet. Made it the bathroom so slippery for getting ready. No place to hang clothes. Minor things really.

Beautiful hotel in the mountains. The rooms feel very modern and have great views. The food at the restaurant feels like home cooked comforts. Thanks to the staff for being so wonderful!

Absolutely loved my stay at the Eco Garden. Not only are there stunning sights right from your balcony but the food, service and accomodation is second to none.

All the staff are extremely friendly, polite and accomodating. Would highly recommend coming here, will definitely be back. P.S the grilled duck with honey is to die for.

We came to eat at the restaurant twice. The prices are a bit expensive but the dishes were tasty and satisfying. In my opinion, this is the tastiest restaurant in Phu Long.

Great hotel, great food, great staff. Rented a motorbike and did a solo tour which was cool. Also great wifi for working remote. Beautiful, clean pool. Would certainly stay again.

A lovely place to stay in Pu Luong with amazing views over the rice fields and hills in the distance. The restaurant serves good food and the rooms are clean, well appointed and charming. The pool looks great but we visited in the middle of winter and so did not take a dip. The rooms are heated though. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and insisted on making the trip to a local pharmacy (a good 30 minutes round trip) to get some medicine when I asked for advice. I will definitely return.

What a beautiful place with a stunning infinity pool overlooking Pu Luong Reserve. Deluxe rooms are high standard with a balcony with an amazing view on the pool and the mountain range. Food was delicious. Staff so friendly, you feel at home. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay and see you soon !

Amazing place where both food and facilities were a delight. The team running it is kind and serviable. Amazing views on the mountains from their infinity style pool. Take the time to taste their Orange Dance Stewed Duck with papaya salad , or the local grilled fish. Simple and excellent.

Serene and off-the-beaten-path experience. Locally run by a wonderful group of people who live their whole lives in this remote region. Rooms were clean and comfortable, views were incredible, food was fresh and delicious. This is exactly the type of comfortable authentic stay we were hoping for and we highly recommend it! Just one word of warning: this is a very remote location. 4 hours each way to Hanoi, partially over narrow steep mountain roads. It made for an extremely long travel day to leave from the lodge, instead we should have stayed one more night in Hanoi before departing. We absolutely recommend making the effort to explore this area.
