Chu Hotel

I keep coming back to the Chu Hotel because of the fantastic staff and service and the great location. Right across the road from a beautiful beach, free buffet breakfast, good quality and reliable food and great value.
Manager Robert and his friendly team are always available to help you with anything you need during your stay and to plan your trip, and provide a few laughs with that!
Highly recommend this hotel and their other locations, Taiyo Apartments and Taian Apartments nearby.

Room is quite good and clean as shown in photos at Agoda.
Surrounding is quiet.
Great location and staffs are helpful.
Receptionist can communicate in English well.
Allow to check in at 12:00 PM when other hotels’ check in time is 14:00.

Very nice hotel, great helpful staff and super friendly. Located in center and very close to the beach as well as ideally situated near restaurants and mini markets. Breakfast included, beautiful and spacious rooms, very quiet due to thick walls and double windows. Has lift, bar and café, taxi and tour service.

Staff is very co-operative...

The Manager Mr. Robert is very helpful and has a very good understanding with a helping nature.

I would 100% stay here again. True boutique hotel. Small beautiful, clean, friendly helpful staff. There is lovely lobby and outside seating area. There is a roof balcony that overlooks the ocean. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Nearby local, and foreign food. Just great location and place

everything is perfect, we enjoy breakfast buffet every morning ,not only reserved A La Carte menu but also they have bar with cocktail and beer, we will come back with my family's soon

Fantastic value for money and helpful staff. Clean rooms, great views of the beach/surf. In the funky backpacker area with heaps of great bars, massage joints and restaurants . Will stay here again

Location wise, is very close to the beach. Also by taxi to vincom mall is quite cheap. The morning breakfast is really good; way better than many hotels in this price range. The bed is verified by fiance as good to her standard lol. Also the staff were very accommodating when I asked for extra two pillows they sent it up. The best part was when I went down with fruits and asked for a knife to cut them but the staff offered to cut it for me with a smile. Really polite staff and not what I would expect. Also for the airport drop off, the SUV is brand new and bloody comfortable. Also they play classical music and use refreshing lavender scents in the car. seems the boss really plans well. All in all best value hotel in price range to stay in.

I can't say anything about the hotelrooms and staff performance because i didn't stay here.
I just had dinner at the RESTAURANT at ground floor and it was "formidable". Excellent food, delicious asian-fusion dishes , homemade french fries, very friendly and obliging but decent waitress. Value for money is superb. Well done and 5*.

Meals are cheap and ok, they offer draft tiger, so happy to found this place very near to the beach. There is Western and Vietnamese food on the menu.

Came here for a few drinks at the restaurant of the hotel. Price is ok but the best is the wonderful 70s 80s music playing by a small band. I was bored didn't know what to do and this place made my night.
