Lalita Boutique Hotel & Spa Ninh Binh

Loved the rooftop views, service, and pools. Great menu for drinks and we also had a delicious grilled duck dinner here. We requested goal with lime for breakfast takeaway the night before because we wanted to try the local dish but we didn’t have time and they made it happen! Great service. Rooms and pleasant and lovely!

The experience in Lalita Boutique was very good. The staff especially
Jade and Thor were very kind and helpful and always smiling. The breakfast that was served was delicious. Since I am a vegetarian I was surprised to see the options that they served and never had a problem. The staff there specially Xen and Thu was so sweet and served us whatever we asked for at the table and in the room.
The location is good. Close to all the tourist attractions. I would highly recommend Lalita Hotel.

Room was really nice, we booked the premium suite at a reasonable price.
Love how big and clean it is, especially how the bath tub oversee the paddy field.

Probably the one thing to improve is the service for the breakfast buffet. Consecutively two days the coffee has ran out and we ask for the staff for assistance, but the staff was pretty attitude.

Other than that the reception staff was helpful.

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming boutique hotel that exceeded all my expectations.
- Beautiful design, attentive service, friendly staff, good food and drinks, nice swimming pool in the rooftop including spa, sauna (wet and dry) and even a hot Jacuzzi and a cinema room.
- The room is spacious, clean and has all amenities you need.
- It takes only 2-3km to the old town and many nearby attractions. The hotel offers free bicycles to guest.
- This hotel has a sister hotel located inside the mountains. If you like the nature feel, you can split the stay to enjoy both places.

Highly recommended for a unique and welcoming stay here. I will definitely stay again for next visit.

Excellent facilities, especially the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room with access to a cinema room too. Very relaxing environment. The staff were very accommodating for us for the extra requirements that we had. Close to Tam Coc Town too. Clean and comfortable and attentive staff on hand and offer a warm welcome throughout. Great massage services too, we had hot stone and traditional Vietnamese massages. Would recommend for great services, lovely staff and very good value.

We had a nice stay at Lalita hotel. The hotel, rooms and facilities are modern and clean, with a lovely breakfast served every morning. The location was good, away from the busy areas and only about 10-20 mins drive from most tourist destinations. The service from every employee was very good too. A special shout out to Jade who arranged transfers, massages and private car for us very promptly. Highly recommend it to everyone visiting Ninh Binh!

My partner and I had a great stay at Lalita Hotel! I spent my birthday here and the team were so welcoming and accommodating during our stay. Jade and Thor were very kind! They gave us great recommendations for our stay. The buffet and all the services in the hotel were all great too! An all round 10/10 stay!

Lovely stay at Lalita whilst with a tour group visiting Ninh Binh. The design was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. It was nice and quiet, the rooms were clean and spacious (even with an extra bed in). The food was great and the breakfast had so many options. Easy distance to cycle into the village.

Lalita Boutique Hotel And Spa gave us truly a amazing stay! During our stay in Hanoi we already had very nice email contact about transfer option.
Welcomed at the hotel, the staff was so friendly and thoughtful. During check-in we received a fruit platter, some sweets and a nice welcome drink. The atmosphere in the hotel is stunning. Great eye for details.
Also a very nice surprise was an upgrade to the Junior Suite upon arrival!🙏🏼🙏🏼
The room, spacious and cute. Only when you shower the entire bathroom will be wet because of no shower curtain or cabin.
But this is really to be nit-picking!

We are a family of 3, my wife, my son and I and we have just spent two lovely nights at the Lalita Hotel. My wife and I are from India and my son has joined us from the U.S. We have no complaints really. The customer service was heartfelt, the premises are well mainly and the front desk staff are polite, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable regarding local tours and sightseeing options. They have a good breakfast spread as well

I must add that they gave us a free upgrade for one of our two rooms - to a suite - when we checked in , which was a pleasant surprise. Several days before the stay, customer service manager Jade also helped us with travel arrangements to and from Ninh Binh. (We came to Ninh Binh from Ha Long Bay and departed from here to Hanoi).

Having traveled through the adjoining Tam Coc town I can say this indeed seems to be one of the premium hotel options in the area.

Nothing is perfect and I have given a couple of minor suggestions regarding making the rooms more comfortable which I am sure they will look into.

I am told the hotel's owners have named the Hotel Lalita as this means "elegant lady" (in Sanskrit I suspect). The hotel's logo has a symbol showing an elegant lady. And I would say this logo personifies (goes well with) the friendly and courteous attitude of the hotel's staff.

Excellent hotel experience! The staff was friendly, rooms were spotless, and amenities were top-notch. Conveniently located with easy access to local attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful touch. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was amazing. With a great location near Tam Coc, where we usually went to dinner by scooter from the hotel. We would like to thank Jade, Tam, Phuong. They made our stay so much better, with tips about the city and scheduling tours for us.

Service is excellent! The staff is very friendly and friendly, especially Jade who took very good care of us- thank you! Rooms are nice and meals are also excellent. Need a bike to move around.

We only stayed at Lalita for 1 night but very much enjoyed our time. Jade's thoughtful gestures, including arranging bus transfers and surprising us with a birthday cake for my daughter, added a personal touch to our experience. The hotel's service exceeded our expectations. A memorable stay in a beautiful location – highly recommended!

This hotel is everything I needed and more. First of all, the location is great, all the major tourist areas are a maximum of 30 mins by motorcycle away (Bai Dinh temple and Trang An are further, but the rest are around 10-15 mins away). They have free bikes and motorcycle rental at a great price! We thoroughly enjoyed riding the motorcycle across town.
Breakfast is amazing with so many good and delicious options - see pic (I'm vietnamese so high standards) and they also have nice afternoon tea with snacks and tea.
The room is great, spacious, with all needed amenities. The decor is classy and nice.
I also tried out the jacuzzi, steam rooms and massages here. My husband and I both loved it! Everything was clean and the masseuses were very good and professional. You also can't beat the massage price.
Lastly, the service here is a nice cherry on top. The receptionist helped me out with planning my activities, booking late massages, bike rental, and always made me feel welcome and at home.
I love this place so much that I'll ask my parents to stay here when they come visit Ninh Binh!

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I'd specified in my email prior to arrival that my dad couldn't make it as he was unwell and Jade actually remembered and asked about him when we arrived, something I greatly appreciated and was touched by.

The rooms were lovely and a great space to unwind and relax. The staff were helpful in highlighting the different tourist spots we could visit, allowing us to plan the various ways we could spend our time in Ninh Binh.

My mum didn't join us on some days, preferring to relax in the hotel and I was delighted to realise that she had a lovely time interacting with and making friends with the staff. Everyone made her feel at home which, in turn, allowed my husband and I to feel at ease when she decided to stay behind.

The breakfast, lunch and dinner were great too. The food here is wonderful and I loved that they had pho for breakfast. Had it daily, lol.

We also went for massages. Tried the Swedish and Vietnamese massages. Both were different - one relaxing and one energising.

Ninh Binh is also a lovely place and I hope I can come back again. If I do, I'll come back to Lalita for sure haha.
