I had the best 90-minute Omamori Massage. Wished it was longer. Thuỳ was very good and attentive. Her techniques were different from all the massages I ever had. Thank you, and I will be back

I had my best massage experience in Ha Noi here. The place is spacious and most importantly, clean and quiet. Most staff and massage therapists can speak very good English and attentive. The young receptionist lady is especially welcoming. She recommended us to take Zen In The Heart which turned out to be very good 60 minutes hot stones massage. My therapist is very skilled. One touch to my shoulders and he immediately knew that he would need to work more on my right shoulder (which was so true as I've been having tense right shoulder for long time). Highly recommended!

Ticks all the boxes. My masseuse Tuan was very skilful and able to identify all the stiff trigger points on my back, shoulders and neck. As a student of massage, I'm utterly impressed! The establishment certainly trains their staff well. Rates are very reasonable too, not the cheapest in Hanoi but excellent value for what you get. They don't allow tipping though so you won't be able to show appreciation for their hard work.

Just went back for the first time after a few years. My technician Hồng was very communicative and did an excellent job melting away my neck and shoulder pain. Went for a 60 minute Vietnamese style massage, the pressure point work was on point and I immediately booked another session next week before I left. Highly recommend.

One of the best foot massage I have had! Lovely spa with dark timber and colourful absract artwork throughout. Really lovely building and atmosphere.
Very mindful of customer experience and checking with you. No tipping policy and customer review cards after each treatment, all nice touches. Reasonable pricing for service and great social support imitative for visibly impaired therapists.
There is also option for private room/couples massage.

Recommend booking as not always available as walk in.
Will definitely come back again for more therapy from their range.

Great massage! The therapists are very skilled and know what they’re doing. The place itself is in a quiet alleyway. It is very clean and relaxing. We got 2 hours massage session and wished it was longer. They don’t take any tips at all. Will definitely come back.

Just finished massage at Omamiri. So wonderful. Had knots in my shoulder and neck. All gone after massage. Pressure was perfect and the therapist constantly asked me if I wanted it deeper or was it okay. I appreciate them asking. Clean, peaceful filled with art and most importantly massage by the blind. The spa helps those with disabilities to live with dignity.

I visited the spa for the second time today. It is perfect in every way. A beautiful venue with a lovely cosy relaxing atmosphere. The staff are wonderful and so communicative.

Today especially, during the massage, my feet were feeling so so cold (the temperature in the room was perfect, but I often have very cold feet). I told the lady and she rubbed my feet to try to warm them up. A few minutes later, she asked if they were still cold, and I told her yes. She had the idea to get a hot stone for me and put them inside my socks. I felt so much better after that! I thought it was so sweet how much she wanted to make sure that I was comfortable.

If you have any kind of specific requirement or problem, the lady at the desk will explain it clearly to the masseuse, and the masseuse will clarify it with you before beginning the massage. Little touches like this make me feel so well taken care of. I went with my friend today and she said it’s the best massage she’s had in Hanoi (she’s been here for 6 years and has massages regularly). I feel so healed and rejuvenated. I will always go to Omamori any time I want a massage. I’ve recommended it to so many friends now. Don’t think twice! Book it!

My experience with Omamori has been stellar every time I’ve visited, though it’s always best to come with an appointment as the staff are better able to prepare for your visit. One step into this beautiful establishment and you know you’ve come to a special place, an oasis of calm and beauty. My massages are not just relaxing, they make a difference in how I feel for days in the future. Each of the therapists I have used has been excellent, though different therapists are sometimes particularly skilled in one way or another. It’s noteworthy that their therapists all speak some English, some quite well, and that one even speaks very good Japanese and equally good English.

As with Omamori’s other location near Hoan Kiem Lake all the therapists are visually impaired or blind and I especially like that Onamori is committed to their staff, giving them the highest level of training not only in massage techniques but also in life skills, empowering them to be self reliant and proud of their work. It’s also noteworthy that the therapists are well paid according to their training and experience and that no tipping is allowed. Reasonable, transparent pricing where the workers get a fair wage.

Beautiful facility in a landed house with majestic old style woody decor. I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who spoke good English and was briefed that the spa’s masseurs are the blind and visually impaired.

The spa also has a policy of No Tipping and there was a sign prominently displaying that and I was also briefed about it.

I chose to do a 60 min foot massage.
I was expecting a traditional foot massage where you sit on a couch while enjoying the massage but it was done on the massage bed instead.

My masseur spoke decent English and the foot massage was above average although i think he didn’t use any oil or lotion (dozed off within 10min).

Overall, it was good but my only comment is they should have been a warm herbal foot bath first before the foot massage.

This is my first foot massage in Vietnam so maybe that’s how it is here as I’m more familiar to the foot massages from other countries like Singapore and China.

I’ll try the other services next time as the pricing is very good without the stress of tipping where it’s expected everywhere else.

This is the first time I come to Omamori Spa West Lake. The massage was done by Ms Tinh and she was very skillful, this is so far one of the best massage I have had. I also love her attitude, she was very welcoming and sweet. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful too. I would definitely come back here and recommend my friends about this beautiful place.

Wow, this Massage-Spa is outstanding. The best Massage i had in whole Vietnam. Really professional, sport-quality, can bei compared with a physiotherapist. The pain relief is perfect.
The place is spacious and clean. Also you support visually impaired people (what touches me emotionaly as i had problems with my vision).

Quiet and not so crowded. The reception lady can speak English and Chinese and make good recommendation. And the therapist Mr. Duan made the 75mins an unforgettable experience. Transparent pricing with no hiding tips which is good.

I had a great experience, really beautiful and aesthetic place. The staff are very kind. The massage was amazing and the bathroom was beautiful.

In the last few months I have developed foot pain.. and during my 3 month trip in Vietnam it has worsened into plantar fasciitis. I have tried SO MANY massage locations that promos reflexology and have left me dissatisfied, disappointed and sometimes in even more pain. BUT TODAY.. I had a foot massage from MANH.. And this is THE FIRST MASSAGE that actually focused on the pain in my heels - MANH had some techniques that pinpointed my pain and made me emotional to FINALLY have someone target this area of my foot. I literally feel like I just went to the foot Doctor. I am only in Hanoi for a few more weeks but I will be back as often as possible. Also want to note this is the first time having individual attention without the person checking their phone. I am so thankful to have found this place!!! THANK YOUUUUU!!!

Loved it. Had a sore back, came in without appointment and they saw me straight away. Both receptionist and masseuse very professional. Brilliant massage, back feels much better. If I lived in Hanoi, I'd be a regular here.

I have tried many massages in the Tay Ho area, and I keep coming back to Omamori. I have probably had 20 massages here, and I've brought my teenage kids too. They love it - my son just described it as safe and gentle. It's a relaxed atmosphere with excellent masseurs and masseuses. The rooms are communal but private enough, and I often am alone (or with my kids) in a room. Whenever I stray from Omamori, I regret it.

I started with the Zen massage, which is a mix of massage techniques. It is fantastic. But as time goes by, I've gravitated towards the non-oil massage. If you like light, delicate massages, do NOT go for either of these! I'd recommend the Swedish massage instead. I view massage here as sports therapy. Totally relaxing, but also problem-solving.

Most of the masseurs/masseuses I've had are almost entirely blind or severely visually impaired. It may be in my head, but I think this makes them better at their profession. No matter their eyesight, everyone has been professional, kind, and welcoming each time.

You mean I got to have the stress milked off my lowerback while supporting the hardworking blind folks that definitely wouldnt take any tips? Say no more. Hanoi just got 2x more liveable since I discovered the place first in Old Quarter years ago.

The best massage place in town. I have been coming here for 3 years and I never get disappointed in their service. The therapists are highly skilled, professional and courteous. They might have some therapists relocated so you can't get the same therapist every time, which might be okay for some people. However, it's definitely worth a try!
