Meliá Vinpearl Cua Hoi Beach Resort

The staff are really nice and helpful during our stay. The location is a bit far from everything else but much nicer and clean. Will definitely come back when they finish with the Vinpearl on the island.

I must say I really really enjoyed the time here. I was delighted with the friendly hospitality and good service. TBH, I didn't have high expectations, however their sincere support and smile remained to my mind and it was so touched. Overall, it is worth visiting to experience Vietnam's quiet winter seas.

Hotel is good. But be careful about electric car service outside. They overcharge and bring you to expensive and awful restaurant in Cua Lo. Don't ever believe them. Check yourself. It is raining and I catch them and make a mistake!!!!

Stay at villa for 3 days 2 night full board. I can only say that it's the best. Everything is nice. Peaceful place. Not much noise as per compare to the center. Very nice and beautiful place. Only 5 star hotel on the strip.

I believe more than 50% of the staff need training. The cook cooking egg don't even know what is Omelette in English. But I can say the food is nice mixture of Vietnam taste + western.

During my 1st night When asked the restaurant staff where is the restaurant she pointed to me to go outside of the hotel to eat. Speechless. Shouldn't she ask us to diner in house.

Housekeeping didn't clean the room properly. Didn't refill necessity probably. We are still in the room but they just came in to clean the room don't even bother to press the doorbell. 1st time I encounter such service.

But I still decide to give 5 star as there are some outstanding department n personal like the security, bogey driver, and Trang Hoang (guest experience manager)

Honestly, we were really impressed with the new Vinpearl style after the collaboration with Melia. The two bedroom villa beat our expectations and we were surprised at the quality available here and level of English of the staff in a relatively underdeveloped area of Vietnam from the point of view of foreign tourists. The food and beverages are very affordable and the cocktails were surprisingly delicious.

The rooms are beautifully designed and refined. Each room has basic equipment such as television, air conditioner, refrigerator, hair dryer, … The space at the hotel is extremely clean and cool. The service attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic. The hotel also has a cargo ferry and a convenient coffee shop for guests’ needs.Choose a great hotel and you will Have a well-deserved vacation.If I come back to Nghe An I will definitely stay here again.

One of the nicest places I stayed while in Vietnam. Beautiful resort, friendly staff, and the food was excellent. They also helped us by taking us to a motorbike repair shop.

The room is so large and gives a sense of comfort. The staff are professional, cute, and enthusiastic. Reception professionals, and you know, they helped us a lot. The food is so great.

The view and space of Vinpearl Cua Hoi are good.

Pre-arrival: Very good problem handling by Ms. Thuong, who showed the true hospitality and well listened toward the guest needs. Very impressive.

Arrival: Front office did pre-call in advance to assist on the document prepared upon check-in. So we could do check in smoothly.

Rooms: all preference have been prepared in advance ( Baby cot, high chair). Room is clean and tidy.

Room condition: Need to be maintained to keep as it is good.

COVID 19 - prevention: very impressive with the Hotel. Temperature checks and hand sanitizers everywhere. Clean Room has been sealed at the front door to make us feel more safe and convenient.

F&B: Generally, Breakfast Buffet is quite good. If we have more Local signature foods like " Sup Luon" Will be great to WoW the guest. All day dining foods was good as well, tasty and delicious.

Recreation: Pool areas are clean and well maintained. Gym and Sauna area is also clean.

Check-out: Quick and smooth.

Generally, We are very satisfied with our stay experience and definitely to come back. It is also proving that our Local Brand is very strong and soon to close the gap with International Brand.

I had a vacation with my friends last week at Melia Vinpearl Cua Hoi. It was amazing. The room is beautiful, it has a nice view. The staff is very good. The food at restaurant is diverse and delicious. I wish to return to this place in the future.

The room is clean. Besides that, i am very impressed with the friendliness and enthusiasm of the room staff, they speak softly and always smile to guests. Vinpearl Cửa Hội is one of the greatest holiday destination, i hope to have chance to come back.

i and family are satisfied with hotel accommodation, services, swimming pool, spa... but the beach need to be cleaned everyday, it's very dirty.

The housekeeping supervisor should check carefully the bed sheet. I had to call housekeeping to change another due to has some dry blood on there inside...

But generally, my kids very enjoyable with this trip, we may come back when the beach clean and clear. Hopefully its happen soon.

It's my second time visiting Vinpearl Cua Hoi. After 4 years, some facilities are no longer at their best performances but overall, I still enjoy the short getaway vacation here. I think it is most suitable for a family trip, especially for more than 10 people group. The menu is not really variable, but acceptable since there are not many customers most of the time. However, if you want to have a wonderful trip going to the beach and swimming and feeling the ocean waves, this place might not the right place for you because of the water flow. You could only spend time here enjoying the atmosphere, the chill vibes faraway from your crowded city.
