Pan Pacific Hanoi truly impressed me in every aspect! From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, complemented by tasteful decorations and high-quality furnishings. Every corner of the hotel exudes elegance and attention to detail, making it a pleasure to explore.

The dining experience was exceptional. The variety and quality of the food served exceeded my expectations, with each meal being a delightful culinary adventure. The Summit Bar on the rooftop deserves special mention for its breathtaking views of the city and fantastic cocktails.

However, what truly sets the hotel apart is its outstanding staff. Throughout my stay, I was consistently impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the team. Their genuine care and attention to detail made me feel valued as a guest, and I truly appreciated their efforts to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

This is what ''Five Stars'' mean! In addition to the location on the Lake, just above the Pagoda, and the rooms (very well fitted with high quality products), the level of service and availability of the hotel staff is way above average! A particular praise to the the Bell Captain who will do everything he can to help you out. Although we checked out early afternoon, having a late night flight, the hotel staff offered that we stay and use the spa and swimming pool all day long! We highly recommend the hotel! The Rooftop Bar has an impregnable view over the lake and the city and is also a must see must drink!

What a wonderful stay! Away from the hustle and bustle, providing a peaceful escape. Views are amazing, breakfast in club superb, restaurant breakfast also amazing. Would highly recommend. We were fortunate enough to have a lovely chat with the GM during our stay which made for an even warmer greeting and stay. Thanks again!

Stayed 6 nights here for our Hanoi trip. I chose this hotel to be away from the crowded and busy area in the Old Quarter and I'm glad I made that decision. Going around isn't too much of a trouble as Grab is cheap (around 3 to 5 AUD each ride around town).
Hotel is not the newest or the most posh, but hey come on .. it's still great! Some reviews are just too harsh by people not knowing what hotel they check themselves into 🙄.
This hotel's staff are professional, very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Hang who checked us in&out and Tracy who helped us with breakfast and taxi to airport. They both speak very good English, much much better compared to other staff we talked to.
My only complains are the absence of toilet bidet spray 🤣 and the aircon in our room 1225. We set it to COOL, high fan and 15°C but it was still warm!! We love our room cold and we did not get that unfortunately.
Other than that, room is good, spacious, clean, nice view of the lake and city.

The breakfast options at Pacifica and the Pacific Club Lounge were diverse and delicious, offering a perfect start to our day. The service was impeccable, meeting our needs from every perspective. The well-equipped gym, heated pool, and sauna added a touch of relaxation to our stay.

The Summit Bar, with its breathtaking views of Hanoi and Tran Quoc Pagoda, was a highlight. The cocktails were a delight to the taste buds. Our room was not just comfortable; it became a productive space with a fantastic view of Hanoi. Special mention to the bathtub and bathroom amenities that added an extra layer of luxury.

Great place to stay, fabulous breakfast with lots of choice.
Choice of 4 internal restaurants, that were good but regionally expensive, great bar called the summit, lovey views over the lake.
The staff were very friendly & professional.

The hotel has a convenient location, beautiful view and the staff are very friendly. If I have more opportunities to comeback to Hanoi, I will definitely come back this hotel.

Great view to Hanoi city from the rooftop bar. Unfortunately I couldn’t try the drinks at the rooftop because they were preparing a private party. The receptionist and one bar employee allowed me to go up and enjoy the view. Both very kind!

Super spacious luxurious rooms with great amenities. Service is good. You can have both lake view and hanoi city view from your rooms.

Excellent staff, good dining and many options for Veg and Non Vegetarians. They have all weather swimming pool, Sauna, Steam bath, Jacuzzi and gym along with massage service is available.

Hotel location: Nice and easy to access.
Room: A little small but well design, quite and comfortable.
Breakfast: Nice and vary selection.
Staff: Pro and nice.
Swimming Pool: Clean and big.
Spa: Relax and Comfortable.
Check in/out: Easy and quickly.
Price: Worthy.

Came with a young child, and a female staff by the name of Duong was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even gave our child a small toy when my child was crying a lot.

Bit away from old town, oak waters but this hotel has its own location advantage. Rooms are good, swimming pool is covered jacuzzi is amazing
