Viet Lotus Spa, is a nice place to ease yourself in Hanoi, the service is great from entry to end, As soon as you walk in, you receive a warm greeting, and offered a drink (non-alcohol), then you are taken to the massage area with your choice of pressure from light to medium to strong. The staff is very nice and the relief you need is achieved, I chose 90 minutes on my first visit, then on my second visit only 60 minutes cause i was short of time on a busy day, Miss Tan Grace the owner is a spectacular host! I highly recommend this place if you are ever in Hanoi needing a massage therapy getaway.

I'd been having terrible wrist pain. The doctors and physical therapists around here couldn't help, but Ms. Grace, the owner, suggested accupressure therapy. It turns out that it was inflammation in my wrist and the pain went away after a few sessions. Thanks so much, Viet Lotus Spa. Can't recommend it enough.

I recently had a massage at Viet Lotus Spa, and I was super impressed with the facilities, the staff, and the therapist. Upon entering the spa, I was immediately greeted by the receptionist and offered some tea. After that, I was given a form to fill out describing the type of massage I wanted, the areas to focus on, and the desired pressure. As an athlete, I have had numerous massages over the years, and this definitely ranks as one of the better ones! I will definitely be back again soon!

Great service and the staffs are nice. We got experience of foot massage and their skill is amazing. Gonna come back for full-body massage they seem to have a lot of choice!

i visited here last night for 90" for full body massage , quite clean and scent room.... it is suitable for foreigner ..... because many massage shop in hanoi is not clean and comfortable. the owner can speak very well and kind woman

Viet Lotus located in Tay Ho area of Hanoi, is a very professional and relaxing spa. The owner is amazing and works tirelessly to make your experience fulfilling. The staff are attentive and very accommodating to your likes and dislikes. The prices are reasonable and the services are top notch. Take my word and give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

The best massage I’ve had in Vietnam! Aside from the masseuse being the most talented I’ve had here, it was the little details that will make me come back, like the soft towels and hot pillows. So happy!

The staff at Lotus spa is very attentive. They took the time to listen to my physical history and suggest an effective treatment plan that would satisfy my particular needs. Before and after treatment the staff encouraged a friendly atmosphere and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I never felt rushed or as if I was anything but the center of their efforts. After repeated visits they offered me a discount card to give me a better value for continuing treatment with them. I am very satisfied with the level of service from Lotus spa.

This is my favourite spa in Hanoi. Zen atmosphere. As usual, an elegant and smiling welcome from Grace. After answering the relevant questions from your host, everything that will happen will be explained to you, this to ensure your well being. The staff at Viet Lotus Spa is very skilled and the massages are at an excellent quality level. One of the few spa in Hanoï with such a high level of professionalism!

I c ame there at its opening. First impression was the hospitality of the owner. She is a very charming and caring lady with a gentle voice. She might help you to take off your shoes or put your shoes into the rack though she is the boss. if I need anything, I just need to tell to the owners and she will take every comment or advice seriously. The staff is also very attentive and good listeners. They are quiet and 100% focus on their job. The price is pretty affordable. Simply is the best then Viet Lotus Spa is among the best, with no big advertisement, no boast, Viet lotus spa is a place I come when I need to spoil myself.

Among several spas in Tay Ho, this is special. The location is great, in a quiet alley. Once I came into the spa, I felt the mood of relaxing right away. The staffs are gentle, calm and most important, massage techniques are excellent. Each of the massager will have different style, you should try several services to see the difference among them.
They have all you can name in spa, from massage, waxing, pedicure & manicure...You don't have to hop on hop off for different places. Price is worthy for what they service to you.

Having travelled the world and lived in Thailand for over two years, I've been spoiled for choice of massages and skin treatments.

Started gymming since I moved to Ha Noi and was desperately in need for a massage by people who knew their job.

Chanced upon Viet Lotus Spa in a quiet alley (away from the noisy traffic) and it turned out to be a pleasant discovery indeed.

Right from the moment I entered, the ambience, greeting and welcome was professional yet warm. Grace, the owner helped me select the correct massage option in her impeccable English.

She was very patient and understanding of my needs and meticulously noted my needs and preferences before I was courteously led by the appointed masseuse to a beautifully designed room with perfect air-conditioning and soothing aromas (not the overpowering lemon grass fragrance at most spas).

The 2 hour experience was nothing short of spectacular.

So spectacular, that i was back on the very next day for a much needed facial which was a brilliant as a facial can be.

I'm looking forward to a pedicure and a massage session real soon.

Though the services are reasonably priced, I am considering their membership packages as I plan to stay here for long and I surely don't need to explore other options.

I came for a hot stone massage . The staff is very professional and friendly. The decoration is beautiful with some impressive paintings on every walls. And you can get some very good treatments for a reasonable price.
I highly recommend this place as i had such a great moment there.

Cool spa in the heart of Tay Ho. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very welcoming. Grace, the owner, speaks English fluently so communication is easy.

If you're not too sure about what you're looking for, Grace will take the time to patiently explain & describe the various options available.

I really love the hot stones massage, extremely a good choice for winter. The therapists are very skill with the way they rub the hot stones on my body during the treatment. Highly recommend Viet Lotus Spa on Dang Thai Mai Street, Tay Ho, Hanoi

Viet Lotus Spa is my favourite spa in Tay Ho hands down, pleasant and serene with friendly professional staff and management. I have a partially herniated disc and the hot stone massage really helps to lessen the discomfort on weeks when it is out of sorts. It's a place that can really turn your day around when you need it. Recommend it highly!

This SPA consists of skillful staff with great hospitality . Multiple choice of massage with very reasonable price . I think those staffs should be under a consistent training and supervision by professional management. It absolutely worth to try if you are in Hanoi city.
