We love this place for our morning coffee (with milk). Not eaten here yet hence why no food rating. There is great seating next to the lake, though it can be nosy with the bikes whizzing around at least parking is easy. The ladies that run it are also super friendly. Is always busy as well with tourists and locals so that is always a good sign.

Lovely place to sit by the lake and have an iced tea. My boyfriend and I both had the peach iced tea which was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Good spot to have a coffee and sandwich. Sit on the lake and hopefully there is a breeze. It's pretty shady so you can avoid the sun too.

Always a nice place to have a Saigon Lun and watch the sun set.

Had the pate bah mi and it was delicious. The bread was soft, Pate was a little spicy and added avocado. This spot is always busy with people drinking juices and shakes. Plus, you have a beautiful view of West lake. Note that it is closer to the intersection than mentioned in Google maps.
