May Spa Hanoi

May Spa is really great 👍. My wife and I both had a 2hr massage, which was really good, possibly the best I've ever had. We then went again the next day for a body scrub, and my wife 1hr reflexology. Which again was great. Maybe I do understand that some customers do not have much experience with having strong pressure applied to points, I believe this is normal is Asian countries and I think here they apply a little lighter pressure to foreign guests.

When I travel (esp in southeast asia), spa and massage therapy is always on my list. They do exceptional whole body massage + hot stones (far better than those in Bali, Thailand, and Philippines). The therapist hit all the right points I came out so relieved!!! It's amazing!!!!

Nhung did an amazing massage! I came here after our 23 hour travel day from the US. Just what I needed! Got the 75 minute traditional Vietnamese massage and it was amazing! Great pricing, friendly service, and an incredible massage!

I'm not a big massage person. I came here expecting very little because every place in Vietnam seems to have excellent ratings. It's probably because they're all very polite.

When it comes to pure massaging, the ladies here were amazing. The place is unassuming and seems like it's been around for a while but the ladies really knew what they were doing.

The pressure they exerted, the cleanliness, the professionalism and the lack of cross talk (we were in a group of 3 guys in one room and oftentimes the ladies will chat with one another and laugh making the experience quite annoying), but these ladies were professional through and through.

Highly recommended.

May Spa was a great experience and I would definitely come back again. The visit started with a wonderful and warm herbal tea. The team made us feel relaxed and comfortable prior to the massage.

I chose the 60min Vietnamese full body which was very reasonably priced for how good the massage was. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and went back to the hotel and fell asleep right away.

It was delightful experience. The Vietnamese traditional massage was very refreshing. The reception staff was very friendly, and the masseuse adjusted the intensity to effectively relieve fatigue. Definitely recommend!

A very cosy spa by the west lake Hanoi . Very close to Sheraton hotel and intercontinental west lake hotel .

The massage was very relaxing and very well done . I had a back and chest injury. But the massage staff took the pain to identify my problem and gave me a real good massage .

Everything about this place is perfect. My wife got a full body massage. She said it was the best massage she has ever had in her life. I got the 90 minute foot massage which included head, neck, arms, shoulders, and hands. It was the best massage I ever received in all my life. I really felt like I had new feet after I left. Everyone here is very kind and goes out of their way to make you feel at home. We went back a second time the next day. If we weren’t leaving Vietnam tomorrow, we’d be back tomorrow too. (I don’t know how to spell our masseuses’ names, but just show them my picture on this review and tell them you want the same ladies if possible. Although I am sure all are amazing.)

A very friendly and clean spa! Love that it’s tucked behind some trees. It added to the serene feeling. I got my own spacious room which added to luxury of it. The front staff spoke great English and were very friendly.

It’s a small detail but I loved when my masseur took off my necklace, she wrapped it around my arm to ensure that it’s safe! Very professional and thoughtful.

Very sweet staff who really make you feel at home and relaxed. Nice clean, professional and best of all excellent massage. I did the 1.5 acupuncture massage for a shoulder injury and she worked it hard but in the end it completely released and healed all my injury to my shoulder! Truly amazing work. What an incredible spa. We walked in right at opening with four people wanting 75-minute treatments and they accommodated us right away. Everyone was so kind and the massage was perfect. Highly recommend this spot!

It’s truly an amazing experience with my mother :)) I and my family stayed at Intercontinental West lake. We were looking for the closest spa with reasonable price with the good service. Then we found May spa just 5 min walk from hotel. It’s super close from the hotel :))

The space is airy and beautiful. The staff is very enthusiastic and polite to the guests. I was taken care of by a staff member named Hien. She helped me relax and make my muscles better. This was a great experience for me in Hanoi, thank you May spa

It is hard to do better than May Spa. They have relaxing rooms, comfortable massage tables, and all the facilities are clean and well-maintained. I have been visiting for 4 years. Hanh is a professional therapist with the perfect balance between an easy but firm hand. She listens to what your needs are and understands the right treatment for you. And I am amazed at how small Hien is, but she is incredibly strong when you need it. She has a very happy attitude and you can tell she enjoys her job. Ms Moon helped me out immensely after I had rotator cuff surgery and needed a real expert to handle my shoulder without causing me any further injuries… like a cross between a nurse and a mother!

This is a good place if you want to relieve stress or relax. But I fully recommend May Spa, particularly if you have anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, or orthopedic rehabilitation needs. The owners take time to listen to what you need and make sure the therapists understand and provide the correct care at a reasonable price. I can’t speak highly enough about the benefits May Spa has provided me over the years.
