My recent visit to Ngải Spa Foot Body Massage for an office therapy massage, expertly delivered by Ms. Nhan, was a genuinely rejuvenating experience. The skill and attentiveness she brought to the session were nothing short of exceptional, ensuring every tension point was meticulously addressed. However, it's important for future visitors to note that clarity in communication regarding the service you desire is crucial. Due to a misunderstanding, I paid for the Ngai signature body massage, which was 100,000 Vietnamese dong more than the office therapy massage I thought I initially requested. While the quality of the massage was undoubtedly worth it, customers should make their preferences explicitly clear to avoid any surprises in pricing.
I had an amazing experience, and would definitely go back for another massage, and the tea and cookie provided at the end was delightful.

The place is very nice and clean. The masseuse is very attentive and the skill is good. The Hanoi journey with a steam bed and reflexology are great and relaxing.

Five star service at an affordable price. I tried the Hanoi Journey massage, it has a steam machine under the bed so it is nice and warm as you get your massage. Nice hot tea before and after treatment. Recommended

AMAZING massages!! My husband and I love getting massages and have gotten them all over but we have never gotten steamed before!!! What an amazing experience. We seriously fell in love with the Hanoi Journey (the steam massage) and went back the next day for more. I had the Hanoi Journey body massage for 60 minutes, and it definitely felt longer. Maybe the therapist was being generous?

When I stepped in, I was welcomed by a very friendly and nice receptionist, and was served with nice warm cinnamon tea. I was brought upstairs for the massage itself. The therapist went from the front body to the back. I did the medium-strong pressure, and it was perfect. The whole massage is with essential oil of your choice; mine was tea tree. Very nice. The massage was finished with hot stones, and that was very relaxing.

After finished with the massage, I was served, again, with warm tea and cookies. The overall experience was just so amazing!!! I definitely recommend this place to anybody who visits Hanoi.

The great combination of modern & traditional methods. Enjoyed 02 treatments within the same day and got to feel much better. Before the treatment, it was really painful after sitting for a while, even stepping out of the cab. Would definitely recommend this to anyone in need.

The signature massage was incredible - I went for it two days in a row and would do more if I could! Can't say enough great things about it - the best massage experience I have had anywhere. Got my neck and shoulders unlocked and feeling resurrected. Tình was my masseuse, she is skilled, sophisticated and strong.
The experience was beautifully rough and much needed, followed by lovely biscuits and chamomile tea.

This is my 3rd visit, in my 2 week stay in Hanoi. This might have to be one of my first stops when I visit this city again. I had to have the neck and shoulder massage again (or office therapy massage) - I enjoyed it very much. My therapist Ngan is experienced and her massage pressure is on point. Try it for yourself, you’d feel rejuvenated after!

Great smell and looks super clean. Yea they served had cinnamon. Soak was great and about 15 minutes in this herbal bath. Massage was exactly what I needed and I asked her to focus on my head and feet which she did. Top 2 massages in Vietnam. No hand stuff here

A great place to try the steam and herbal bath followed by a sports massage. Just what I needed after a week at the office and exercising.

Found a hidden gem body massage place, here is really really clean and the therapist’s hand skill is really awesome as well, can’t wait for the next time visit again. This time I choose office therapy body massage for 90 minutes, it’s not bad.
