The good
Overall this place is excellent. All the staff were super nice and did everything possible, to be as helpful as possible. The breakfasts had a fantastic range, the room service was great and overall I would defo go back. The gym is excellent, good range of of weights and machines and nearly always empty.

Location is also great, so many amazing places to eat. Some of the best dinning I've had to date.

The bad
Nowhere is perfect and this had a few things stand out. The swimming pool and hot tubs are both freezing but worked well as a plunge pool after a workout. While the breakfast was great, it would have been nice to mix up the selection more regularly. No one really touched some of the dishes but they keep serving them week in, week out regardless. Also the restaurant food was bit average, but it was also cheap so no big deal. The spring rolls were epic though!

Overall I loved my stay there and will 100% stay again I return. Great staff and accommodation.

The room we booked was actually a 2-bedroom apartment, and I thought the concierge misspoke, but it really was! Complete with kitchen and laundry. It was also very clean and comfortable, and the hotel breakfast is impressive. I was a little concerned about being able to find vegetarian foods, but there was salad, bread, and roasted veggies. The hotel also offers additional activities like food tours, so if you can plan that at least a day in advance, they make it easy!

Room was great, huge, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast, had Beef Pho in addition to a push spread of fruit, breads, meats and juice everyday. I did not user many guest facilities or Spa services but friends we were traveling with said they were great.
Neighborhood has some good food and drink options including vegetarian and vegan friendly.

Very nice rooms - quite large and well equipped. Large breakfast buffet included. I found the staff quite friendly and helpful. Quiet in the hotel, but a short walk to lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a walk by West Lake. Large outdoor pool and the gym and spa facilities are excellent. Overall an enjoyable place to stay.

Large rooms, large bathrooms and beautiful views. Rooms are well kept and very clean. Staff is helpful and polite. Good variety and lots of options for breakfast buffet. We had a very enjoyable stay in 2 bedroom apartment, each room had its own bathroom which was nice.

Great location, cheap taxi to Hanoi city, nice local walks .
Beware of the city pollution.

Location was great for our staycation in Tay Ho. Right next to restaurants and bia hois.

Service was impeccible! The front desk even provided a birthday gift, bottle of wine, upon departure. Thanks for that!

Breakfast buffet had a great mix of Vietnamese/Western food. My wife and I enjoyed every dish we ate.

We didn't use any facilities but everything looked in tip-top shape.

Definitely recommend this hotel!

Huge rooms, decent view. The pool is fantastic.

Location is a bit weird actually. The neighborhood seems like it is popular with expats, as there are lots of restaurants. It's a mystery why the streets are so incredibly dirty here though. Rubbish, rubble, dirt everywhere - in what is supposed to be a rather upscale area. Weird.

we spend 4 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment, the rooms was spacious and fully equipped with amenities. there was a washer/dryer and cutleries and plates provided if you want to make a small meal in the apartment. mini bar was stocked with basic beverages for a fee. location was in quiet and posh tay ho with most amenities within walking distance.

Extremely beautiful and big room, multiple bathrooms, very clean and relaxing pool, good food.

While my room was impeccable (I received a free upgrade from a studio to a 1-bedroom apartment that's bigger than my own place), the highlight were the staff. They were so friendly and made sure I was well looked after during my stay.

A magical place, the staff are amazing, they always go the extra mile for you, I can't tell you how available they were of their time to help me and my family out, with lost bags, arranging flights taxis translation, they are amazing, this is my second time here and I don't think I will ever stop staying here, the rooms are excellent The beds are so comfortable I love it, this is the reason why Vietnam is such a welcoming country the people and this is the reason I will be back.

We have really appreciated our stay with our little baby. The apartment is very spacious and convenient for a family. The design is beautiful and the bedding is high quality. The staff is very friendly, smiling, professional and available at any time. The buffet breakfast is tasty and offers a variety of choices.

We stayed here for 3 days. By far the best place to stay in Hanoi. Great service. Great staff. Food was excellent. 25 meter swimming pool and well equipped gym. If you want to stay in a serviced apartment style hotel with breakfast included in a quiet area of Tay Ho this is the place for you. Sam and I loved it

Have lived there for two years. Highly recommend the place. Tastefully decorated. All amenities are kept constatly clean and tidy. Most pleasant stuff, "going an extra mile" to help guests. They would send your letter, book your tour, hire you a car for any trip, or arrange to hang a new painting in your room. The gym is well equipped and has the garden view. The garden is not huge, but has a gallery, kids area, flower bed and hollywood swings, which I used for longer phone calls. Full service beauty salon, room, laundry, and 24 hours reception services, makes one feel like a royalty.

Wow - just wow. Set in Dang Thai Mai, just in front of the Snug, this place is just amazing. Had my father visit Hanoi for a week and stay there during that time, no regrets whatsoever. The rooms are amazing, bed is the most comfortable I've been in in months, spacious rooms with grand bathroom (it has a bath - two people sized easily), fully stocked kitchen and even a laundry machine - no joke, better furnished than my current apartement. Facilities are great and include spa, swimming pool (easily 25m, rarely a lot of people in it, slightly heated, an amazing swim), sauna, games room, large lounge, gym etc. Also includes a restaurant where you can get breakfast/lunch/dinner with breakfast included in your room price. Breakfast starts at 6:30AM, but if you have to get out the door earlier they'll have it packed for you (that was the sweetest thing I've even seen before, and it was absolutel delicious). Can't say enough good things about the place, there's motorbike parking, valet service, they'll make sure a cab is ready and waiting for you, post your letters (50K per letter) and of course, everyone speaks fluent English... Try this instead of any other fancy hotel, I swear you cant go wrong.

Beautiful rooms and the breakfast buffet is really nice. They have specific meals that you can order as part of the buffet. The staff is friendly and contributes to the elegant atmosphere. The balconies that overlook West lake are truely a treat.

If you are planning to explore Hanoi, Elegant suits is the best choice.
It is located from where you can have access to all the attractions, staff is very helpfull, they full fill your needs accordingly, calling taxis, etc.
As per my experience this is the cleanest hotel, with all the necessities amenities, and all other needs available, as well as the area is also quite away from the city traffic.
I will highly recommend this place.

Wow! What a place! Lovely pool and gym. Room like a Palace, two bathrooms, dining table, desk, kitchen, two balconies... who wouldn't want to stay here? And the staff are helpful and friendly and have a great sense of humour too!
