Been here for almost a year and this is the best place for us to eat, a Malaysian foods can get here, this is Singapore Hotel in Hanoi, a Hanoi Club that been my 1st place to eat, chat, drinks coffee or just come here to meet up the best chef in Hanoi, Mr. Ah Chai is the best chef i've ever met in Hanoi.

Highly recommend this fantastic hotel, the staff go above and beyond on service. The location is great, right on the lake and near to the old district. Perfect setting means the hotel is set away from the noisy Hanoi streets and great facilities on offer. Surprised that this is not a 5 star hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

Lakeside hotel away from the bustle and traffic of Hanoi, yet amazingly close to it all.

I saw it from a distance and I thought this cant be real. A hotel on west lake? With a view? Unbelievable. In this traffic induced polluted land. This hotel served as a saviour. And I dont mean a place to crash. I mean a saviour. A bed. A lamp that works. Room service, albeit slow. A smile on every person. Just like my face when I left. Thank you. I didnt get a chance to say I love you. But here it is.

Very nice and cosy hotel. All the rooms were good. No extra foreign insects or amphibians around the hotel.

Although the lobby and restaurants was cold but there were heaters available.

Very good interior and services. This hotel has fabulous swimming pool and golf driving range. Before I came here, I stayed 2 nights near Hoankiem. It is too much crowded there. I like this place.

Nice pool and golf area, great ambient facing the riverfront, the room is spacious and nice , and they have a free minibar selection of snack and food... recommend for family and also business traveller..
