I had an excellent foot massage here from Kin, both relaxing and therapeutic. The extra touches, like fresh fruit and tea, are lovely too. A great little spa.

Great spa. Good selection of massages and treatments. The place is very clean and welcoming, the staff is really nice and inviting. The massage was really good and they paid attention to my exact needs, painful areas, and pressure.

This is the best SPA experience I had during my stay in Hanoi. It's a small, simple place, but the service offered is no less than those fancy places in the old town. Kim was so friendly and professional. I came here 2 nights in a row and will definitely come back again.

Clean, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. I went twice in the week I was in Hanoi. It was extremely close to my hotel the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel.

The Tonkin Spa was a 5 minute walk from our hotel in Ho Tay.
When we arrived, it was a very clean and classy atmosphere within the main entrance.
We hadn't booked, we had just taken a chance and wow did it pay off!
It was 10 am on a wednesday morning.
The ladies were professionally dressed, well kept, very friendly, welcoming, and their knowledge of the english language was great.
We were shown the menu of services offered, as well as pricing up front, along with water, fruit snacks, and cold towels.
There was everything from herbal and stone massages to facial scrubs and manicures.
I chose the 60 minute hot stone massage, and my partner chose the 60 mimute traditional vietnamese massage.
We asked if we could have the massages at the same time and were shown up to a private room.
The room was very clean, the ladie's instructions were clear and they were very attentive, we both felt very comfortable.
We both had a foot soak before the massages, and once they were finished, they provided us with fruit and water afterwards.
We were both a little nervous going in, as neither of us get massages very often, but I can safely say that it was the best massage I've ever had.

The Tongan Spa was a three minute walk from the Sheraton Hotel I was staying at. When I arrived, I found a very clean and classy atmosphere within the main entrance. It was 1pm on a Monday afternoon. The receptionist was professionally dressed, well kept, and engaging. She showed me a menu of what services were offered, as well as pricing up front. There was everything from Herbal and stone massages to facial scrubs and manicures. I chose a one-hour light oil massage.

I was introduced to Ngân, who was my masseuse. Ngân escorted me back to a room with two massage tables inside. However, the room at this time was private.

The massage was outstanding! Ngân’s massage skill set really shined through. She was thorough and methodical. Ngân asked me what areas to focus on, as well as any injured areas to avoid.

After the one-hour session was complete, Ngân set up a small table in the massage room with hot tea and cold, fresh, cut honeydoo melon. I was definitely pampered.

I would definitely pay for Ngân’s services again and return to Tonkin Spa. Thank you for the excellent massage and respectful service…!
