I was referred to Citi Dental Clinic by an American Doctor friend of mine I was visiting in Da Nang who has been seeing him for years when I asked if he could recommend a good English speaking dentist.

I was so impressed by the service, and most of all the level of hygiene that exceeded anything I have experienced visiting dentists in my own country, the United States. Never in my country have I removed my shoes going into the dental office waiting room and been provided with a clean pair of sandals to wear, then had an entirely separate pair of sandals awaiting me when I entered the restroom that were changed when I came out!

The level of respect conveyed by everyone I had contact with was exceptional, from the way their body language leaned into me when I spoke showing they were very strong listeners to all of my email and telephone communication with Dr Hai and his staff!

I had two cavities filled, and gum line erosion restoration work done on seven teeth. The bill was about 20% of what I would have paid for the same work in California!

This dental office went above and beyond my expectations! They took great care of me and acted urgently due to my gum being swollen. My US dentist said I probably need my night guard but the issue is worse. I needed a root canal because my gum was swollen and infected. Dr did a quick X-ray and fix and have me monitor it for a week. When I got to Hue the infection spread and they were so kind to text and refer me to another reputable dentist! I wish I live here because I won’t dread going to the dentist 😂.

Oh did I mention how clean and modern the office is? Best one ever!

I was impressed with how well I was treated for such a low cost. I was given a range of options and never felt pressured to choose any specific one, just guided honestly. The best dentist in Da Nẵng! The dentists and techs are so incredibly polite and professional and I’ve never been so happy with a trip to the dentist. Went for a cleaning and check up and I’ve never felt so comfortable at the dentist. The dr did a wonderful job. In the states I hate the dentist because they usually make me feel so insecure about my teeth and usually recommend work that doesn’t ever seem necessary. There was none of that here. They did what I came for and made honest recommendations. If I still lived here I would only come here. Great prices too! Love this place

Really good service! The staff and Drs were very friendly. Dr Hai who did my cleaning did an amazing job and I felt very comfortable. Even when it was closing time and the receptionist was in a hurry to go home (but it’s understandable because it’s closing time and she has a family), Dr Hai took his time to help me with finance options for braces which I was grateful for. Highly recommend Citi Dental Clinic!

Came for 3D scanning of my teeth, and a cleaning. You can keep your 3D scan on an app called my3Shape. Pretty cool, top of the line technology from Denmark right here in Da Nang.

The examination was great considering there's a 3D model to point and look at. Dr. Tran was able to point out exactly where I wasn't brushing well and gave tips on how to do better.

Cleaning went really well, the least painful I've had and with great results.

Overall very high quality, professional, and modern dental clinic. Highly recommended.

Friendly dental clinic on the city side of Da Nang. Not hard to find, full English-speaking. Booking online was an absolute breeze and we even took a quick x-ray of the root canal that I had done a good 5-6 years ago.

Very nice friendly staff, and top quality equipment. I just went in for a consultation as I needed to fly home and wanted to check something out, but I got a very good answer and the dentist seemed very experienced. Equipment wise, it's one of the best dental clinics I've ever seen, everything is top notch. Thanks again, I'll be back if I return to Da Nang!
