Extremely professional workers. I upgraded my ram and ssd. They showed me options and explained what they could do! They offered to copy over my old hard drive or give me a fresh drive. On the fresh drive, they loaded it with Win10, office and other programs plus all my old drivers. I literally had to do nothing! No worries, they did a great job.

We had a great experience here. They have a good range, the pricing is good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Even the coffee bar on the rooftop is a great place to finish off your tech shopping with views of the city.

Spilled coffee on my laptop. Got it cleaned for 250K dong within couple of hours. The communication was okay.

One time, they examined my computer for free, and couldn't fix it, so they gave me a coupon for free coffee and snacks in their Cafe! I have never had service like that in the USA! Every other time they have fixed computers and phones at awesome prices. Now, whenever we go to Vietnam for our winter escape from snow, we bring broken electronics with us to take to Phi Long.

Pretty much everything that you might need. I bought a printer, and the price matched online. Not a lot of English, but enough to get by.
The printer was delivered to my home and setup for me. Good job!
