I really do respect hotels which are managed and maintained very well. This is one example.
Affordable price, rooms and interiors to high standards. Very friendly and well trained staff for hoteliers. Excellent breakfast on rooftop.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at - spacious, modern rooms; great amenities including a pool, good breakfast, and really helpful staff. Thuan in particular was amazing. The hotel also has bikes you can take to visit the old town (a 5 min bike ride). I will definitely be back!

Genuine desire of the staff to be accommodating, check in and out were quick and uneventful. Nice breakfast with the view. Clean room, the staff is trying hard to make it easy for you to come back next time you are in Da Nang

We had a wonderful stay here for 4 nights. Beautiful pool, nice comfortable room, laundry machine if needed. Very friendly staff.

Our family of 2 adults and 2 young children stayed here for 2 nights. We booked the family suite with 2 rooms. Upon arrival, Ngân (hotel staff) gave us a warm welcome and provided a brief introduction of the area and what to expect in Hội An and all the accomodations the hotel can provide. She definitely goes above and beyond. All the staffs are friendly and helpful, they will make you feel like family.
The kids room is Huge with 2 comfortable twin beds. Decoration is amazing. My wife even talk about using some of the decor idea for our house. Our room also huge with a balcony facing an open grass field. It is nice if you want to have some privacy away from buzzing street. Overall, we really enjoy our stay and definitely will return in the future.

The hotel bringing a warm and refreshing atmosphere. Interior is a mix of classical, luxury but elegant.
Pool is not so big but not too small, can say it's a fit size. Lobby is full of sunlight and the top bar (I think it's more like a restaurant or cafeteria) has a nice view to city and river.
Staff are friendly, they always smile and very helpful. Staying at this hotel is a relief during the trip, after a long day I had good rest on their comfort bed.
Location is good. Not too close to the beach (so it has no noise of crowded tourists), not too far from city center and the church, market (just pass the bridge, so it doesn't cost much using taxi or grab). The Full Market grocery store is next door so I bought all necessary stuff just by walking a few steps.

I booked this hotel in April for a great deal. The staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I would definitely come back here.

Hotel is quite new. The room was great and the location is good too. Noise level not so noisy even though its facing the main road. 15 mins walk to My Khe Beach. The services from the staff was great, they were attentive and informative.

Very friendly and responsive staff, courteous. Memorable stay - would come back here!

I've got a very unique complaint with this hotel, I'm upset that I didn't check in sooner! I just moved here from the Grand Gold hotel. I can tell immediately that this Hadana Boutique Hotel is much better. In the GG the walls were paper thin, loud AC, Pool pump made a huge racket, free breakfast stank. This Hadana hotel has the same room for 1/3 the price (minus a fancy bathtub), plus it's cleaner and has a much better location. I really like this hotel. I'm here for 3 nights but will probably look into staying longer.

quality professional staff. The swimming pool is designed in a modern style, especially the rooftop has a bar and a setup area for taking pictures. large room, clean, new hotel. Will definitely come back when in Da Nang

Good room, spacious clean, cool, quiet etc. Basic needs for travelers. Good breakfast eggs to order etc. 15 min walk to beach. Wifi good. Best part- Hoa, the mgr, extremely professional & accommodating. Perfect English

A small hotel but big on service. Every single one of the staff we encountered, from bellman to housekeeping, were friendly and ready to offer any assistance. A big kudos to the reception staff for going above and beyond expectations. One of them even personally took my wife to look for a pharmacy on her motorcycle. Highly recommended.

Breakfast (included) is served in the nice rooftop cafe with great views of the ricer and a bit of the Dragon Bridge. It's pretty much walking distance (but not when it's blazing summer hot) to the beach, the old part of town and markets. Very easy to get around with Grab car, Grab bike or metered taxis ... all at very reasonable fares.
