I needed a private car transfer from my hotel in Hue to hotel in Da Nang so I did a google search and found this company by chance. To be honest, I was really nervous about contacting someone random because I've had some not so good experiences with companies in Vietnam during my trip. I took a chance and emailed them anyway, and Jay answered right away. I confirmed the price as it was stated online and he got a driver out pretty much the next day for me. He came on time and got me to my destination safe. Everything went smoothly and I'm grateful I found this company. If you need a transfer in VN, don't hesitate to reach out to Jay. He's honest and communicates well.

After reading reviews from many sources (tripadvisor, google, facebook...) I decided to try my luck at this company because:
- Jay was very enthusiastic in consulting, and his suggestions about our schedule seemed very convenient
- The service prices he offers are also quite reasonable
After using his service for 4 days in Da Nang with driver Phap
- Driver is always on time and friendly
- New car quality, safe
- The driver spoke limited English, anyway, we used google translate together, everything went smoothly
Overall, this is a company you should choose when coming to Da Nang

I was worried that I could use it right away on Sunday because I made a late reservation on Friday night, but the driver came well at the appointed time, and I moved comfortably to my destination. I was worried a lot because I had no way to contact you because I didn't have a cell phone, but he came even if I didn't respond. I saw it later and the office and driver kept sending KakaoTalk messages.. As expected, this is company that I trust and use!!

Danang Transfer - Great Experience. I emailed a request for a transfer service between Hoi An and Ba Na Hills less then 24 hours notice and the trip was confirmed within minutes by Jay. The next morning Mr Nhat Anh greeted us on time, in a clean car and gave us a great transfer to our destination. Our driver (Nhat Anh) was professional and got us to and from Ba Na Hills safely and comfortably. Will definitely use again next time we are in Hoi An.

Jay Tran arranged Danang Airport transfer and is very responsive and responsible. When something went wrong with scheduled pickup, he tried his best to fix it quickly and offered a good remedy to make up for the inconvenience. Would use this company again just because of his professionalism.

I was a little bit skeptical at first when booking this company on the internet, but it turned out to be a great experience and I've used Da Nang transfer for my many trips around Danang/HoiAn/Hue. The price is very competitive, drivers are friendly and professional.
They are always on time when picking us up at the airport or from the hotels. I appreciate Thuy, the owner who helped me organize all my trips during my stay. Please keep it up, Thuy. I surely will use this company again on my next trip.

I used their services for airport transfer, round-trip to Hoi An, round-trip to Bana Hills and day trip to Hue. Their watsapp response are very prompt even after office hours. The driver assigned to me for both the Hue trip and Bana Hills, Mr Vo Qui was very friendly and helpful. Drove safely as well. I had a good experience overall with this agency, highly recommended.

The rental price was very reasonable. The driver drove very safely. Professional and agile consultant.

If there’s zero I would have given it a zero. Driver was extremely unsafe using 2 phones (yes that’s right, 2 phones) while driving). Chatting on the other, and texting while speeding on one way roads. Frequent tailgating, horning and over taking with no signalling. When told to slow down, he gave us an extremely black face. For your own safety, don’t ever use this company.

He had a big box in the boot, taking up half the boot space. If we had more luggage it would not fit (we only had 2 big luggage abd a small trolley luggage). We only realised that he was also doing a grab deliveries. He stopped 3 times wasting 5 min each. Then he stopped a fourth time to wash his car for 15minutes. He did not know the address of our destination.

Extremely unprofessional driver. It’s the worst experience we ever had.

If you value your life, stay away from this company. For DN-Hue trip, I believe I have the same terrible driver that other commenters also talked about. Tailgating, unsafe pass, run red lights, speeding while the road is wet and slippery, drive without seatbelt, use phone while driving, etc We almost had an accident in Hue city. We are terrified the whole trip.

Terrible experience with the driver assigned by this company. We booked transfer services from Hue to Danang. The 2hr drive was one of the most stressful experience we had. The driver was constantly texting and answering phone calls, all the while driving 20-30km above the speed limit. His driving is also very reckless - overtaking and tailgating other vehicles on the road. Despite our requests for him to slow down and drive carefully, he did not do so. I suspect he took on another job for the return hence the rush but this is still no excuse for endangering the lives of others. At an impromptu stop (where he started washing his car?!!), I reminded him to drive safely because we have a toddler with us. But it fell on deaf ears.

This is not a rubbish review posted by competitors, but rather a concerned customer. No other person or family should be subjected to such ridiculous risk.

Van smelt like an old age home. It was also overbooked so I had to sit on an old man's lap for a 3 hour journey. To make things worse, the driver insisted on listening to Shania Twain the whole way there.

I'm only in Vietnam for a week, and due to their incompetence and lack of communication they cancelled on us the last minute ruining my holiday. Please never book with them, you will just be left stranded. Worst company ever .
