Halina Hotel & Apartment

When we visited Vietnam we stayed in many hotels but this one was the best. Room was little bit smaller but it was not a big deal.
Most of all service was the best. Ladies in reception were extremely good. They were very helpful. And breakfast was out of the world. Very delicious with so many options and it was different everyday. My husband who is very sensitive about food was very happy which made me happy 😊
So budget friendly hotel with everything near.

Great location!

Very well run hotel. Staff are exceptional, very well trained and incredibly friendly, I have worked for many flagship branded hotels and what I experienced at this hotel was fantastic service!

Housekeeping also very switched in, as we arrived several hours before check in and we basically waited no more than 5 min to get our room, very fast turn around!

Pool is very nice with great views of the beach, and great service by Ms Smile:)

The hotel's location is excellent. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to the Ngọc Linh Spa, which offers great prices and excellent massages. We missed having a big closet, and some more hangers (we stayed in a triple room), but if you ordered laundry, your clothes would be returned on hangers you can use further. The bathroom was nice. We also enjoyed the breakfasts. The rooms are cleaned regularly and well. You can buy excursion tickets at the reception desk. The staff is very helpful and will answer any questions you have with a smile

Professional and friendly staff!

The room is a little small, but the bed is super comfy! Near the beach and convenience stores are just right below. Also, reminder for guests to check out the rooftop pool, superb view and we regretted to only check it upon our last day.

The staff were super helpful in helping us for the early check-in and luggage deposit process as well.

Overall, value for money and will recommend anyone who wants to visit Danang to stay here!

We loved the hotel! The room was very clean, and we especially liked the pool, from which you can see the beach, and the breakfast. The location is also great since the hotel is very close to the beach. What we liked the most was the hotel staff. They were all very attentive and kind to us, and helped us at all times. 100% recommendable!

Excellent service. Staffs are so nice and helpful especially Rosie. She was kind enough to enquire about our plans and suggested good places to visit. Has a nice rooftop pool and bar. Very close to beach. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Clean rooms and regular cleaning. Has mini fridge in room.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Very very nice staff, always smiling. They would always try to ensure that you have a great time. Whenever any staff member sees me, starting from the janitor to the receptionists, every one greets me. The breakfast buffet is also good. Do ask for the Ice Coffee (with Condensed milk) during breakfast, if you are a coffee lover, you'll love it. They do regular house keeping to ensure the room is clean.
The location is a plus point, the My Khe beach is hardly 200-300m far. The pool at the top is not huge but decent enough. The only recommendation is that the glass at the roof boundary at the pool is not clean, due to which the sea view is blocked from the pool.

The one thing I have to say about this hotel is the staff is amazing. MyMy was an Angel throughout my whole stay and was my go to girl. If I had any questions I would seek her out. She always checked up on me and asked how I was doing and if I needed assistance in anything. Absolutely exceptional.

I also got a massage and intensive hair wash from the spa and I can definitely say it was worth the price. It was so amazing. Having come from a recent bad massage I was a bit nervous but the girls at the spa did a great job. The intensive hair wash left my hair so beautiful and shiny and my scalp was so clean after. I literally don’t want to go home knowing I’ll never get it again.

The room is okay. Nothing crazy and nothing terrible. It’s a bit on the smaller size but it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. One of the softer beds I’ve slept in. The room was clean as well. I would’ve like a bit bigger but for the price it was exceptional. The pool is also a bit small but again perfect for the price. Overall a great hotel in my opinion, mostly because of the staff.

The best hotel staff ever! MyMy is a darling that always greet us with smile and super friendly. Within 4days, we became buddies. Bed and pillow were super comfy! Halina's management, pls treasure your staff as all of them are kind and helpful ( MyMy, Rosie, Helen and the elderly janitor)

Great Service. Staff are very pleasant and supportive. Hotel is very near to beach. They guide you about the day plan. They have spa(extra pay) and pool . Less option for vegetarians but this is the problem in whole Vietnam. Overall very good experience . Highly recommended!!

Great location 1 min walk to the beach. Service is absolutely amazing. Stuff very friendly and talktive. Can speak English, Chinese and Korean. Room was slightly small. My My, Helen and Rosie at front desk were super helpful and deserve a pay rise.

By far the best hotel I've stayed in during my time in Vietnam! Amazing service from all the staff, and a special word for MyMy and Rosie! They greeted us with a smile and gave us lots of helpful advice, with perfect English speaking skills.

The rooms were comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The rooftop pool is stunning with a sauna and steam room and a small gym for a quick morning workout. For the price everything was perfect and we'll come back next time we're there!
