Go Vietnamese - Language Lessons

I've been taking one-on-one Vietnamese lessons at Go Vietnamese for the past 2 months. The lessons are personally tailored to my skill level so I never find the lessons too easy or too difficult, just the right amount of challenging. I also appreciate that my teacher will occasionally share information about Vietnamese culture that one may not be able to learn from a language textbook, such as history, slang, or local spots around Vietnam worth visiting. Highly recommended!

I 100% recommend this language center. All the teachers are very professional, attentive and they adapt to the level of each student. I especially thank our teacher Cô Trang for her dynamism and patience. Thanks to her, my husband and I have more confidence in speaking vietnamese 🤗

The teachers and staff here consistently go above and beyond to make your learning experience great. It’s an amazing way to get a good foundation of the Vietnamese language and make some new friends as well. On top of the classes, they have many events for you to practice Vietnamese and meet new people.

I felt like Vietnamese would be impossible to learn but after just 5 lessons I’m writing and hearing tones already. I’ve never progressed so quickly in a language. My teacher Thúy is amazing - I feel so lucky to work with her!

Go Vietnamese is my best and favorite Vietnamese language learning experience in my 12 years living in Da Nang. The teachers know English; the Center is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped; the communications are professional; and the teachers follow best practices. I have been living in Vietnam for a few years now and always wanted a better understanding of the language. I have had private tutors in the past but was not very happy with my experience. However, then I enrolled in a few courses at Go Vietnamese and was extremely happy with the outcome. Go Vietnamese helped me get a much deeper understanding of Vietnamese language. I feel much more confident in speaking, listening, reading, and writing Vietnamese. Going to class at Go Vietnamese was the highlight of my week and I greatly enjoyed my teach and fellow students in class. I must leave Vietnam for a few months but plan to enroll in more courses in the future when I return.

I attended their first level class and it was very well organized, with quality educational material supplied and many useful tools to exercise with. Sarah is an excellent teacher, always professional, rightfully demanding and yet very good at making the lessons engaging and fun. Couldn't recommend this school enough and I can't wait to be back for the second level!

Great place to start your language learning journey! I like that the lessons are very interactive and full of positive energy. It's great that we had lessons not only in the school, but in local coffee shops as well. This is a great opportunity to explore local culture and to know more people.
I'd recommend "Go Vietnamese" to every student who'd like to learn more about the Vietnamese language and culture of this beautiful country!

Thuỳ, the owner, is very sweet and passionate about teaching Vietnamese. I took 1-1 lessons with Thuý (different person and name but similar spelling).

They were both very flexible and accommodating, and Thuý was very generous with her time.

I came in with a good amount of Vietnamese background and they were able to help me take it to the next level. It was very helpful that all the teachers speak very good English.

Towards the end of my lessons, I could talk about my life for 10 minutes straight while barely running into any blocks.

I would highly recommend this program and school. It’s not the cheapest option on the market, but the value is great. Thanks cô Thuý and cô Thuỳ !

before I come to here I study Vietnamese about 2 years. but its too difficult for me. maybe everybody agrees with me ^^. so I can't nearly understand and speak Vietnamese.
I studied here just 8 days. Then I have superising experience. I joined tour for Hoian. there's many Vietnam people with me. suddenly I can understand some conversation. it's very superising experience. of course I can't understand everything. but its very joyful experience.
I really appreciate every teacher to help me. thank you so much 💓

Everything exceeded my expectations - from the online materials, enrollment process, comprehensive information and resources, and the professionalism of the staff and my teacher. My teacher Ms. Hương was very patient, friendly and supportive. She demonstrated a high level of skill and expertise in teaching and was very approachable. The level of support that they offer is really great - from Zalo groups, Smartphone apps, great workbooks, recordings, videos - this really suits every type of learner and allows you to continue the journey easily outside of the classroom. Go Vietnamese has been been essential in my language learning journey! They’re curriculum for the beginner course is so relevant to my daily life and has helped me begin talking with my neighbors and grab drivers. My tutor, Nguyên, is excellent at giving me comprehensible input, so I can confidently have extended conversations in Vietnamese with her throughout our 90 minute private lesson. When I finish the lesson the other teachers are kind and encouraging people to practice chatting with too. They also have quizlet decks of flashcards created (with pronunciation sound clips included)so I don’t have to waste my time making study materials and I can just focus on studying. Overall, I’ve had an incredible experience and will recommend Go Vietnamese to everyone.

A superb Vietnamese language school in Da Nang. I had be trying to learn some basic Vietnamese using videos online until a friend convinced me to take one to one lessons at Go Vietnamese. I’m so glad I took his advice. The introductory course for beginners teaches the importance of pronunciation of the vowels and tones which are the foundation of the language. My teacher cô Diễm is incredibly patient and ensures that I understand what I have learned before moving on. I have learned so much in just 3 weeks that I am confident that I can improve my vocabulary enough to be able to hold conversations with local people.

Go Vietnamese is a great place to study. Thùy and her team make learning what is a very difficult language easy and fun. I look forward to my lessons every week, and feel that I’m making progress towards being a competent communicator in this beautiful country.
