Fivitel Boutique Da Nang

Room is clean but a bit old. Customer service is excellent. The receptionists are super friendly and they have introduced us to nice restaurants where the locals eat. The price is reasonable and most importantly, the foods are delicious! Thank you for your 1st class hospitality and I will recommend my friends/family to stay in your hotel.

Very pleasant stay in a twin-bed room. Our room has the city view with the Dragon Bridge nicely lighted up at night. Check-in was very smooth. All the staff are friendly and helpful. High service culture. At breakfast, the staff would stop by to have a chat, get feedback, or offer tour recommendations. Only pity were the rooms are not sound proof, the bathroom has no lock. Hair conditioner is not provided but i usually carry my own toiletries so no issue for me.

Service is incredible! Everybody from reception, bellboy, breakfast, spa…so friendly and attentive. The service is like staying at a 5 stars hotel. Room was slightly dated but very clean and bed is so comfortable! Highly recommend for the price! It is also quiet because it is on a one-way street. I will return again, thank you!!! 🙏

Incredible service! Lucia, Cara and Cindy provided great support, always with a big smile in their faces. Doorman is so nice and friendly and it was very helpful assisting us with a Grab car. Spa lady did an amazing massage and I felt so great after that!

I was quite surprised on how good the hotel for the pricepoint. It is very convenient. 10 minutes to the airport and plenty of shops, spa, beauty saloon (for the wife), markets and restaurant. It even came with a free buffet. Highly recommended.

Stayed 4 nights here. Location is great if you are seeking a quiet yet centrally convenient place to sights in central Danang. Stayed on the 14th floor, although just next to the lift, was not disturbed by the people moving in and out of the lift. Conversely, I was more disturbed by the howling wind and the pelting of rain against the windows. Had a great view of the Dragon bridge but if you are looking to watch the fire show on weekends, this hotel gives the tail end view.

Buffet breakfast was complimentary, good mix of local and international spread. Had a blast trying out the local cakes and dishes that is often seem sold on the streets in bulk.

Room was very spacious and clean. Floor was still wet when I checked in. Bathroom came with a huge size bathtub. Can be a little dangerous when climbing out after a shower.

Had a 30min complimentary spa voucher at the spa place located on level 2. Topped up for another 30min for a full body massage. Massage was great.

This hotel caters mainly to independent small group travellers, mostly Asians and local tourists. Service staff was polite and patient. Had a complimentary airport transfer on check out as I was a "long stayer"

Lots of local and Chinese food nearby at local prices. Danang Cathedral, Han market etc are a 10min walk while Con market and Big O took about 20mins via Google map. By Grab however, it's a short 5mins ride to almost everywhere and 10,min to the airport. Good place to stay in.

First, I and my friend came here for two days. This hotel is near Han market and Rong bridge, so we like the location of this hotel. Moreover, staffs are really nice and kindly. Besides, the breakfast buffet was delicious, although there were not too diverse at that time. Strikingly, they gave us free transfer to another hotels and also airport. Because of our travel plan, we moved to another hotel, where is near My Khe beach for next 2 days. We had very uncomforable experiences at the second hotel, so we came back the Fivitel Boutique hotel for our remaining vacation (3 days). Although we ordered a Superior room, they changed to a Deluxe room with a beautiful view. They also gave us a small massage gift. There is nothing which I can complain about the hotel, just only the fee of hotel doesn't include the fee of drinks in any rooms.

Everything is good. Hotel room is spacious & quiet, breakfast is delicious, hot shower & water supply is strong for a good bath, bed is comfortable and the hotel staff are great!Highly recommended.

This hotel is at a very good location near the Han River. All the places of interest including the Dragon Bridge, Son Tra Night Market, Han Market, Han River Cruise and Pink Cathedral are within walking distance.
There are many eating shops in the vicinity too. The rooms are clean and housekeeping is good.

The buffet breakfast is excellent with a variety of local and foreign dishes as well as fruits.
We enjoyed our 3 nights' stay here.

A big Thank You to the receptionists Ms Jenny, Ms Cindy and Mr Louis who were very efficient, helpful and always with a smile. We will be back when we visit Da Nang again. Highly recommendable.

Room is huge! Nice to have lounge chairs and a bath a 6 .2 man can fit.

My partner and I really enjoyed our 4 nights stay over here. The hotel staff there are indeed very kind and helpful. Special credits to receptionist Jenny as she share tips and recommendations on which timing is the best to go for the local attractions. The breakfast is another plus point as it have a wide range of variety.

The hotel location is only 10 mins walk from dragon bridge and motorcycle rental are also available over at the counter and was surprise that we do not need to pay a deposit as we are the guest there.

The hospitality we received here went above and beyond any we have ever experienced in the world. Such thoughtful and considerate staff. It was my fiancé’s birthday but we hadn’t told anyone and the staff surprised him with a cake! We couldn’t believe it! Truly went out of their way to make our stay exceptional.
Rooms were lovely, air conditioning strong, pool was very big! We liked it so much we came back for another stay!

Our entire experience was excellent. The staff was professionally trained and made us feel welcome and attended to our every need. They were always available whether at breakfast, in the lobby or at the pool or gym. We were very happy with our spacious room and fantastic view of the Dragon Bridge. The hotel is ideally located near the river and close to wonderful restaurants, spas and cafes. We walked almost everywhere, but taxis are available and affordable. Lastly, we always looked forward to the amazing breakfast that offered so many delicious options to satisfy an international palate. We thank Wendy, the manager for leading such a great staff and making our stay enjoyable.

Good location, amazing service, great value for money. The rooms we had had great view of the Dragon Bridge at night. The rooms are clean and the hotel is modern. The buffet breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The best part is the staff. They are very attentive and always go above and beyond to help us book our activities and transport to Ba Na Hills, Hue and Hoi An. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful staff. They were very helpful with helping us connect and find taxi service and scooter experience and helping us find destinations. We are deaf, they went above and beyond for us and was most hospitable. And their breakfast was delicious! Thank you so very much!

We spent a wonderful 4 nights here. The location is unbeatable. It is close to the Han market, dragon bridge, cathedral and numerous popular restaurants (see below)

The staff were absolutely wonderful, from the duty manager and receptionists, to the restaurant staff, bellboys and doormen. Expect service with a smile any time of the day.

The rooms were very generously-sized, clean and comfortable. Some rooms have a beautiful view of the dragon bridge, so you can watch the 9pm show on weekends in air-conditioned comfort.

Breakfast was good too with a wide spread of local delights and limited continental options. The breakfast varied slightly from day to day.

Best of all were the unbelievably low rates! The value really is unmatched.

Tip: Some noteworthy food outlets nearby - Ban Beo Tam, Xoi Ba Vui, Bep Cu Mo, Bep Hen, Bep Cua Ngoai and the Local Beans Cafe. Further afield - Bun Cha Ca 109, Banh Canh Thu and Mi Quang 1A.

Hotel is a bit old .But the service is excellent Front desk is very helpful,free transport to airport.We enjoy staying 2 nights thanks to all the staffs 😊😊😊
