Kaia Residence - Danang Quiet Garden

Amazing place to stay (4 nights) right in the middle of the city, Danang! A quiet lush garden, beautiful design Vietnamese style and authentic breakfasts. Staff and service is exceptional. Totally non touristy as it’s in the residential area - bliss!!

Kaia's entrance was like an arch, adorned with beautiful weeping willow branches that cascaded like a waterfall. Beyond the archway, a pathway of timeworn stones led straight through a verdant expanse, inviting visitors to embark on a journey of sensory delight.

It would be so much better if one could stop by this garden cafe in summertime. Underneath the protective embrace of the some fruit trees, a harmony of flowers painted the garden in a riot of colours. Interspersed among the flowers, fragrant herbs added their subtle notes to the garden's olfactory orchestra.

As I took a seat in the garden, sipping my Oolong Tea Macchiato, I could feel a sense of peace wash over me and lose myself in the symphony of nature. The melodies of birds chipping created a soothing backdrop. Butterflies danced through the air, then flitted gracefully from flower to flower. It is surely that this garden cafe is a place one could find solace, inspiration, and a little taste of paradise.

Lovely location, tucked in a quiet corner close to the local restaurants and cafes. Lovely garden to have morning tea and breakfast in. Best part is, the owner and staff were very nice and genuinely made us feel very welcome.

We stayed at Kaia Residence Da Nang for two nights after a very pleasant stay in Kaia Residence Hoi An. Because we did not want to leave Kaia and Da Nang we decided to come back for another three nights. Kaia Residence is amazing because of the quiet location, the style and facilities of the apartments, and the very friendly and helpful staff. We would totally recommend staying here! :)

Lovely boutique hotel in Danang, super friendly staff, clean rooms and it has a beautiful garden. 5 stars.

Ở đây mọi thứ rất bình yên, tôi có thời gian trải nghiệm cà phê bên mái hiên nhìn ra khu vườn nhỏ, tiếng chim hót và nhạc không lời, tiết trời mát mẻ hơi se lạnh sau cơn mưa làm tôi tưởng mình đang ở Đà Lạt. Nhân viên quán nhiệt tình, đồ uống từ 40-60k, rất phù hợp với cặp đôi hoặc làm việc vì quán khá yên tĩnh, tại đây cũng có dịch vụ homestay.

khách sạn sạch sẽ, phòng rất ấm cúng và đầy đủ tiện nghi, nhân viên rất chu đáo và nhiệt tình.

Cần không gian xanh, yên tĩnh thì đến đây.
