Bay Capital Da Nang Hotel

I have chosen this hotel to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. I asked for some special arrangements before the trip, and they responded quickly. They assisted in buying flowers and cake. Everything has met my expectations and has been great during my stay at the hotel. The environment is clean, and the staff is nice and helpful.

This is an amazing hotel. Also, brand new - only 7 or 8 months old. A real 5 star, to Canadian or US standards. We told them we were celebrating something special, and they had the room all ready for us! The free mini bar is such an awesome bonus. It’s also super close to everything and the value for money is there. With all that said the staff is actually what made it special. They are super nice and excited to help you. Also, the rooms can have a great view of the water and bridges, if you face that way.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bay Capital (Danang), and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the fantastic hospitality and attention to detail that the staff provided.

The hotel's location was also convenient (It is situated relatively near the beach; You get to avoid the hordes of tourists), with easy access to a variety of local attractions (via Grab).

The amenities were top-notch, with everything from a fitness center, a pool, as well as a variety of dining options available on-site. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Food was EXCELLENT.

Overall, we cannot recommend Bay Capital (Danang) highly enough. The combination of fantastic hospitality, convenient location, and top-notch amenities make it the perfect choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Excellent location just 15 minutes away from the airport and in the centre of danang! Breakfast was really great with a wide selection including both continental and Asian breakfast selections. Facilities were also top notch with a spacious gym and all brand new equipment. Finally, service was also excellent throughout. From the front desk, to porters, to waiters/waitresses, everyone was accommodating and friendly.

We stayed for two nights and the service was impeccable. We were always greeted with smiley crews and what made it really special for me was my breakfast on day 2. The lady who brought us to our seat said she can remember me and it’s these little attention to details that make the difference. The room was also very spacious and we could see the dragon bridge from our room! Thank you for the lovely stay!

the bay capital hotel was an incredible experience, the rooms are magnificent, the location perfect and the breakfast magical! But the most important thing is the team who are super welcoming and caring, I particularly wanted to thank Hali who helped me with the bike rental as if I were her own sister. It was very pleasant to stay in this haven of peace in the middle of this great city! Go there with your eyes closed!

Location is very convenient. Friendly staff who were accommodating and also helped bring our luggage up (which was a nice gesture after a lomg flight).
Clean rooms, comfortable stay, and has good amenities to use if you want. Breakfast also had decent options that you can't go wrong with.

Really an amazing time spent there at Bay Capital. The staff were very helpful, friendly and the breakfast spread was nice too! The room was clean and fresh, and the view was great as well. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel! Only 15min away from the airport too!! Very convenient!

ABSOLUTELY STELLAR. Beautifully done modern city hotel rooms, great location near the airport and beach. Easy to get anywhere from here to explore DaNang if you're not looking to stay on the beach. Breakfast spread options is wonderful and yummy. Service staff is top notch, extremely friendly and helpful. Fully equipped gym and the pool by the all day dining is wonderful. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was truly amazing. The staff is extremely accommodative and one of the nicest people we met. The rooms are quite spacious. The best part was the free mini bar. It was such a treat. They would replenish the mini bar everyday. The Hotel is located minutes away from the Han market and within 30 minutes walk from the famous Dragon bridge. We are pure vegetarian and surprisingly, they even had a special vegetarian menu for the breakfast, which is amazing. In fact, we had a flight to catch in the morning and the attendant at the restaurant took our order a day prior itself and kept everything ready at the time we went for breakfast. We had an absolute best time here.

It's definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in my life. Their team is friendly, helpful, and looked after us from the moment we arrived until our departure. Everything is new in the hotel, the drinks and breakfast are very good and the latter with a wide variety of Vietnamese food. They are also about to finish their rooftop bar.

I loved this hotel. I everything was excellent. This is an amazing hotel. A real 5 star, highly recommended this for your next visit.

This was easily one of my favorite hotels in Vietnam. The facilities are top notch since the hotel was built recently, conveniently located 10-15 minutes away from the airport, the beach, and the night market.

What makes Bay Capital stands above the rest is the attention to details and a strong commitment to service. During the 3-day stay we received a welcome fruit plate, and even a complimentary cake on Valentine’s Day. When I informed the staff of my early check out, they arranged for a taxi to the airport and prepared a breakfast box since I wouldn’t have time. Before leaving, housekeeping did a final sweep of the room to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind.

It was these little things that really made a big difference in my experience. I’ll definitely be back next time I am in Da Nang.

My friends and I had a great stay here. The rooms and facilities (breakfast, gym, pool) were immaculate and the customer service was great. The staff went the extra mile to provide us with a great stay. The location is also very good and it was really convenient to travel around Da Nang from here. Highly recommend!

Most amazing cocktails thanks to bartender Tu. He was still at work when most other places in town closed and he made us super special and very tasty cocktails. Some were with self-made infusions like a strawberry mojito with basil infusion. Really unique. We had a really nice last drink of the day with him, easy to talk to and a super friendly guy. He's been here since day 1 and knows the place inside out. Cheers and big thanks to Tu! :)

Our stay at this hotel was highlighted by its prime location and excellent service. The receptionist stood out for being remarkably attentive and service-oriented.

Unfortunately, we encountered a setback due to food poisoning from street food.

However, the receptionist's swift response in arranging a concierge doctor and making special accommodations for our meals showcased their dedication to guest well-being.

Despite the unexpected challenge, the hotel's service shone through, making our overall experience commendable.

Spent an amazing time here and the location is really good too. The staff here are really kind and friendly and would always welcome or greet you with a smile. The room is clean and spacious and has a nice view of the city.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were tidy and clean.

We also enjoyed the food, especially the breakfast which offered a large variety of delicious foods. You should definitely try the free cocktails and canapés on offer every evening from 6-8pm.

The highlight were the great coffees at breakfast. Try the coconut coffee, sweetened milk coffee and salted coffee, which were all unique and delicious. Pictures show the cocktails, breakfast pastries and salted coffee.

My wife and I had a lovely time staying at Bay Capital. The staff are the best part, they are so kind and helpful. Particularly, Vania and Soren made our stay extra special by giving us local recommendations and assisting us with our luggage. We hope to come back again!

My family has recently stayed in the hotel for a few days and found the hospitality, courteous and customer care second to none. Just 2 examples: my daughters had food poisoning after having seafood in HCM city before going to Da Nang. We told the front line staff late at night and she was so kind to walk us to the local pharmacy to get the medicines. The other family member was recovering from flu and the restaurant staff helped us pick and deliver all the food to her room in person. All the staff, especially at the reception and the restaurant, were so nice and friendly, which made us all feel very welcome. Special thanks to Danny, the executive assistant manager, who has displayed his true professionalism and eagerness to take our feedback and ensure we had the most enjoyable stay. I would recommend anyone who plan to visit Vietnam to go to Da Nang and stay at Bay Capital.
