Mandala Hotel & Spa Bac Ninh

Very good and clean hotel. Especially the hotel car service, thanks so much Mr. Vu Hong Ha (driver), he drives very carefully. He is also a thoughtful person. He takes care of our Japanese bosses well during the trip. He gave our Japanese bosses complimentary drinks and snacks. Our Japanese bosses were very happy and thankful.

I've taken my business trip to Bac Ninh for several times and i'd like to highly recommend Mandala should be your the best option to live in.
Even the room clean, pool looks great but if you asked what's the most impressive things is ,i'd like to say i love the food most. F&B department plays a big role in this hotel ,the people are passionate to the work and enthusiastic to everybody. Especially the Girl Thuy Linh ,she's not only pretty but also helpful, she's very patient when i had the trouble in ordering food. and she's super friendly.
So that's how i feel about the trip being with Mandala, Thuy Linh love you the most

Very good Hotel. if you are using a wheelchair please use the hotel back entrance. A very convenient place with a lot of restaurants and supermarkets in that area. Very good restaurant with a lot of foods.  16" wide bathroom door. Please take a folding chair to transfer to the bathtub. Very good price and nice breakfast too. Always travel with someone, who can help you. The good hotel and staff are very helpful. Thanks

Modern and spacious with good toiletries amenities provided. Bed was comfy and homely feel in the apartment.

I stayed last week in this wonderful hotel where all the staff are fabulous and friendly. Bell man and front office was so helpful. The breakfast buffet had the largest selection of options I have ever seen from many hotels in Bac Ninh. The alacarte menu had many options as Western, Chinese and Vietnamese food with good price. The room was clean, modern, tidy. Especially, I love their kitchen area with frigde and microwave. I will definitely come back.
Tip: recommand for business trip.

Room 8/10 - everything is perfect, except the soundproof is pretty bad.
Staff 10/10 - very friendly and helpful.
Location 10/10 - right in the centre of the city, great view.
Price 9/10 - cheap, as my opinion.
Highly recommend. I will choose it again.

Good hotel with every facilities, especially outstanding service. Thank the hotel manager Le Duc Thien.
And I stay here for 3 months during this business trip, it's long enough to know this hotel well and have affection with those staffs, they are friendly and dedicated on their duties everyday.
Here I would like to thank Le Duc Thien again, he is always a trustable man and helped me many times then we became good friends.
It is best hotel in Bac Ninh and my traveling life, I will book it again next time. Hope to see you guys soon.

Amazing hotel. The staff is very professional and nice, the restaurant is one of the best in this kind of hotels I tried in Vietnam and the roof pool is very beautiful. I will come back!
