Rooms are basic, reflected in the price, but comfortable and have everything you need. The shower was decent with hot water.

Owner is incredibly helpful and gave us a list of things to do and helped us get the bus to our next destination. He can also book tours for a fraction of what you pay for those online, we did the market tour and while the floating market itself has seen better days, the tour was great fun, very friendly guide and got to do some rowing, we used a much smaller boat than other tours and it felt like a more authentic experience (as much as possible if you're doing a tour).

The house has a beautiful terrace with a view over the river and the floating market. A second market is close by, 5 minutes walking distance. The owner gave us some recommendations for activities and helped us with the bus tickets. I really enjoyed my time there.

I was most impressed with the service from the family that run the hostel. They go out of their way to accommodate your requests. The young man at the counter who helped me book a bus with one hour to spare using only google translate, and it was perfect, exactly what we wanted. Thank you very much for helping us !!

Nice and clean. Not far from the bus station and next to the floating market. The owner was nice and waited for us, although we arrived quite late in the evening. He arranged at our request a boat for the next morning to see the floating market.

Nice place right next to the famous Floating Market. Only 10m away to get to the boats. Good view of the River and the Floating Market from the balcony.

Got the whole kitchen to use.

Easy going and nice hosts. Also very talkative in good English. They helped out finding local places to eat downtown (80000 vnd to get there by grab), helped booking a short boat tour on the river (including the CaiRang market) and arranged the bus and boat to Phu Quoc for us !

Price-quality wise a great place to stop.

Such a nice place to be. The host is helpful and booked us a beautiful small boat to see the floatingmarket and the green canals.

Great stay here for a single night. Right next to the river so super easy access to the morning market. The host was very lovely and helpful. Room is basic but bed is comfortable and was super clean. Would stay again!

Nous avons passés une nuit au Grandma House. L’emplacement est top, juste en face du marché flottant. Le personnel est très agréable et de bons conseils malgré notre réservation à la dernière minute. Organisation du tour en bateau sur le marché flottant la veille a 19h pour un tour le lendemain matin a 5h30.
La chambre était bien. Rapport qualité/prix au top.

Homestay rất sạch sẽ, chủ nhà rất thân thiện. Anh ấy giúp tôi đặt chuyến tàu đi chợ nổi với giá 100k cho 1 người nếu đi ghép. Nếu đi thuyền riêng thì 300 - 400k cho 1 thuyền.
