Sheraton Can Tho

We stayed here for 7 nights so that we could travel to Bình Minh to visit my grandma and relatives. Initially we thought that 7 nights was too long but after a few days, we didn’t want to leave. The room was spacious, overlooking the city and the river. We checked in just as the sun was setting - it was beautiful! Every surface in the room was clean and spotless. I really have to commend the cleaning staff here. It is probably the first time that I’ve seen a hotel room cleaned so meticulously!

The staff at the hotel are so warm and friendly. They greeted us with lovely smiles every time we arrived back from a long day of visiting family. The facilities at the hotel were amazing. The gym was spacious and had enough equipment, the pool was big with a lot of sun beds and the spa services were so relaxing.

The hotel is also located in a great area. It is close to a lot of shops and restaurants. We loved spending time in the hotel. The pool staff were so attentive - especially Phát and Phác, they were so lovely and made sure all the guests were being looked after.

I can’t wait to come back to this hotel!

Spend afternoons here to chill out on pool deck, swim, relax, and enjoy views of the city. Staff are super attentive and friendly. There are many loungers and umbrellas around the pool area, super soft towels provided, and shower facilities. There is a varied menu of food and beverages available that you can eat poolside or on tables scattered around. At night, it transforms into a beautifully lit setting with a great chilled out ambience.

Every thing was good, from receptions, room set up & breakfast restaurant. The buffet spread is not so lavish as other 5 star hotels but acceptable. Restaurant Manager Trung very good & went extra miles to arrange some action station local delicacy without meat or pork as I’m Muslim. However some staff unable to speak English which the hotel needs to pay extra attention into English classes.

One of the best hotel stays I ever had. All of the staff was just super nice and attentative. The price is good. Special thanks to receptionist Amy, she was very helpful all the time, she even remembered our names and room number. The breakfast was amazing and hotel room spacious with a wonderful view of the city of Can Tho.

The tallest building in Can tho is this Sheraton hotel. Nice clean room, huge buffet w8th lots of choices. There is a mall right next to the hotel. The views from the riverfront are magnificent. Highly recommended.

We had a memorable stay at Sheraton Can Tho although we only stayed for one night, thanks to the superb services from all service staff. Sheraton Can Tho deserves an excellent rating and is highly recommended. This hotel is now our top-choice for accomodation whenever we visit Can Tho. We will definitely come back and stay longer.

Wonderful experience provided by the hotel and its incredibly friendly staffs including Reception, Spa and Fitness, Swimming Pool and Bar. Warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a memorable visit. My stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Remarkable professionalism of the staff members truly elevated my overall experience. 24/7 Fitness. Spa closed at 10pm.

Upgraded to club room as a gold member. Personally greeted by the GM during checkout and a beautiful candy display placed in our room while we went to lunch. Staff is top-notch and this hotel is a shining example of what a bonvoy hotel should be.

Wonderful stay at Sheraton Can Tho for our visit of Mekong River. The hotel staff are very helpful with arranging transportation from Ho Chi Minh and to Can Tho airport. Staff speak good English. They are very polite. The selection of food and drink at the breakfast buffet was amazing. Room was spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had booked a room here to stay the night, but just relaxed in the lobby instead! The drinks were great and desserts and sides were awesome in the cafe.

Beautiful and elegant design, Sheraton located on 30.4 street, easy to find. Just some steps to the yacht park, you can enjoy the time in the Mekong Delta, feel fresh with the nature atmosphere around, 5 minutes to walking bridge
Room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed with nice smell. Variety to choose for breakfast, drink was good. Kindly service. Conferences room was huge, professional looks.

October to December is the good time to visit CanTho, finding lot of interesting things about culture, people, natural and you'll get some precious experience for your trip.
I highly recommend this accommodation whenever you've reach CanTho.

Great place to stay in Can Tho. We got a welcome chocolate treat and a room upgrade. The service was excellent. The hotel staff were very professional. Breakfast selection is also great. Definitely will be back.

As many others have said this is likely the best hotel in Can Tho. The rooms have a classic style but does not feel dated or worn. Corner room had a nice view of the river

Pool is great and there are four cabanas that are available for use. Breakfast was good, there is a good selection of buffet and made to order dishes. This hotel is connected to Vincom mall which is another plus. Elite status recognized and early check in accommodated, welcome drink is a nice touch
